The Warehouse

Everyone gets out of the car and goes up to the warehouse. After searching around the place, they notice that there aren't any Deadits in the area. Probably due to no people being around here. They attempt to get in the warehouse but all the doors are either locked or rusted shut.

Ezran: "This makes no sense why would dad lock himself in there... DAD!? UNLOCK THE *curse* DOOR". *I will never have Ezran say actual swears*

Callum: "EZ!?? NO CURSING! You're not allowed to curse."

Ezran: "Why can't I curse and you guys can?"

Callum: "One, I cursed when I was in alot of pain. 2, Rayla was angry at me so she cursed. And 3, you're too young to curse."

Ezran: "Ok but why did dad lock the doors?"

Callum: "...... Ezran.... There is something you need to know.... Dad wasn't telling us to meet him here... He was telling us to come here... There is something for us here."

Ezran: " .... What do you mean? He told us to come here, ... HE MUST BE HERE! DAD!?!"

Callum: "Ez... Ez we don't know if there are deadits nearby... I'm sorry I didn't tell you either.... I know you can't believe that dad is dead but you-"

Ezran: "STOP IT... STOP LYING CALLUM, HE'S ALIVE....He's got to be...." Ezran is pulled by Callum into a hug. Rayla joins in... She's gotten so close them that she feels horrible to see them sad and unsteady. They have shown her so much kindness and care... They even cured her, if they weren't close now then nothing would make them close.

Callum: "I should have told you earlier but I couldn't, you were so happy and innocent.... I didn't want to be the one to tell you. I'm so sorry I kept this from you."

Ezran: "Callum..... I knew.... Deep down I knew but I didn't want to admit it. There was no way he survived but I wanted to think he did. I don't blame you Callum.... It's hard to break the heart of someone you care about."

Rayla: "I shouldn't be apart of this but I'm happy you could understand Callum, it's none of my business but being able to understand someone's actions can get you really far...."

Callum: "Rayla... Just because you don't know what we been through doesn't mean your not apart of it... We shouldn't keep things about ourselves unknown to the people who would understand and help the most. Your apart of our group, your our Ally,.... your my love.... I can't keep something that hurts me away from you... You are one of the only people that can help me. I love you."

Rayla: "I love you too Callum."

Ezran: "But why do you know that he left something for us here?"

Callum: "He told me alot about what to do if he was to die or disappear. He expected me to survive and protect you. He told me that there is something here but it's something that he couldn't take, he said he didn't want to leave, that he wanted to die in this city. I'm guessing it's a way of escape or something. Ez I need you to climb through that window and unlock any doors that are locked. Bang on it so we can find it."

Ezran: "Ok I will,"

Rayla: "Keep an eye out for Deadits."

Ezran: "Ok I will... Can I go now?"

Callum gets down so Ezran can get on his shoulders so he can reach the ledge, after a few failed attempts ezran makes it. He unlocks a door and they all enter. There is nothing in the room.

Ezran: "So dad left us something? Pretty sure it was taken by scavengers."

Rayla: "Well that blows."

Callum: "Ezran.... Did you forget our dad had alot of connections to the military and government. He himself was also a politician. He wouldn't just stash something valuable in plain sight for years. This place was government owned and operated, it's probably some hidden floor board or hatch. Im guessing under that huge pile of garbage and junk. Rayla help me move the junk out of the way, ezran just look around for a hatch or something."

Callum and Rayla begin to move stuff out of the way. Ezran noticed the the shutters couldn't be opened manually and that the floor infront of the shudders had slight lines that formed a giant square. Callum finds the hatch but it's rusted shut. He tells everyone to stay back and pulls out his pistol. He fires a couple of shots and the lock broke off.

Callum: "Everyone down there, the deadits will swarm this place soon."

They all enter and some lights turn on after closing the hatch. They notice a Jeep with alot of gas tanks and supplies in the back. It's modified to withstand a good beating. There's a ramp that goes up to a metal ceiling.

Ezran: "You were right, he had something for us. There's even more ammo and weapons in the corner."

Callum: "Let's get some sleep and prepare to leave in the morning. We're leaving this city to find someway to mass produce cure. Does anyone have any place they want to head to first?"

Rayla: "My parents friends! I got taken from their farm awhile ago. I couldn't find my way back but if we could find a map, we could make it there."

Ezran: "does the farm have animals?"

Rayla: "Last time I was there.... Yeah"

Ezran: "Then I want to go, Callum?"

Callum: "Majority says go so we are going, but I'm tired so I'm going to sleep." Rayla, Callum, and Ezran fall asleep after awhile of packing up. Rayla and Callum fall asleep together while Ezran fell asleep nearby.
