I yawned, sitting back in my chair threatening to keep my eyes opened, as I had a late night.
Mum, was on my case after Alisha left, and how my body should be like hers.
I'm only 120 pounds and 5 foot 5, but apparently that's not enough.
And mum insists that I start thinking about my future with modeling, which I don't even want to do.
"Emily!" Nathan came over as I opened my eyes.
"What?" I asked.
"Cock, anus, bit of ball-sack." He showed me a picture.
"I'm sorry, I don't see it." I apologize as he groaned.
"Can you get me a gun?" Nathan asked turning to Kelly.
"I ain't getting you a gun." She rolled her eyes.
"C'mon, just a little one. Nothing too lairy." Nathan pled.
"There's no way, I'm getting a dickhead like you a gun." Kelly told him.
"You can get a gun off the internet." Simon told Nathan as he pointed his phone up at Nathan.
"What if we go around there tonight, talk to him? We'll be mature and polite, yeah? Then we'll just tell them to fuck off." Nathan said.
"What if he says no?"
"I don't know! We'll improvise. So who's with me?" Nathan asked as no one said anything.
"It's like that, is it? So much for being united by a horrific, life changing, shared experience." Nathan said as I rubbed my eyes.
"Last week? You know? The situation?" We still didn't say anything.
"We killed our probation worker!"
"God, you're such a dickhead!" Alisha whispered at him.
"That counts for nothing?"
"I'll come with you." Simon told Nathan.
"You know, if you want someone to go with you. I'll come." Simon told him.
"I'm not being funny but, me and you, buddying up kicking ass! I'm just not feeling it, but, hey. Lovely thoughts." Nathan said he patted Simon's shoulder walking off.About an hour later, I sat back down as my stomach growled in hunger.
"Emily." Simon stood in front of me.
"Hey, Si. What's up?" I asked.
"You seem hungry, so I got you a snack and a drink." I smiled.
"Thanks, but I'm not hungry right now."
"Oh." He was about to walk away but I grabbed his wrist.
"But I am thirsty." I smiled.
He handed me the cola as I opened the can.
"Thank you for caring so much about all of us, even if we don't show it, we are thankful." He smiled.
He walked off as I sighed taking a sip of my drink.
Mum's gonna kill me I thought before running a hand through my hair.We were all in the locker room, I was leaning against my locker which was by Nathan's.
"I'll come with you, to talk to Jeremy." I said.
"Are you asking me out on a date?"
"Do you want someone to come with you or not?" I asked him.
"Sure, it's a date." I hit his shoulder chuckling.Nathan went through well, fell through the window as I went to the patio door.
"It was opened, you git." I rolled my eyes at him.
I went to go stand beside Nathan as a guy came out of another room.
"Your number's up, you psycho nudist. I got you now, baby." Nathan took out his phone.
"See anything you recognise?" He asked Jeremy who squinted his eyes.
"What am I looking at?" He asked.
"Cock, anus, ball-sack." Nathan pointed to them all.
"Is it?" Jeremy asked surprised.
"It's from a low angle. It's you, last night.... George Michael gets away with this, and he was in Wham!" Nathan shut his phone.
"Who or what are you?" I asked him.
"I don't remember what happened." He defended himself.
"How very convenient, this happened. I show this to my mum, you're history. So just take your crappy shit, and go." Nathan dropped the stereo as I closed my eyes.
"That's your mum's." Jeremy told him.
"I'll buy her a new one, that's what sons do for mums... Look don't make this any harder on her, just go."
"No, you go. Your Mum doesn't even want you here."
"You prick!" Nathan yelled punching him in the nose.
"What are you doing?" His mum yelled at him.
"You made me do this! You wouldn't listen! That psycho was out last night. Tell her!" Nathan yelled.
"He already told me." She told Nathan as we both looked confused.
"He told you? So, what the fuck!?" Nathan exclaimed.
"It started after that storm. It did something to me, sometimes it's like I'm a dog. When I was a kid." Nathan and I shared a look.
"When I was a kid, we had this Jack Russell, Billy. We did everything together."
"That's weird." Nathan said.
"He was my best friend."
"That's even more weird." I stated.
"Whenever I see a Jack Russell, it-it brings back all these feelings. And next thing I know, I'm waking up, naked." Jeremy said.
"It's true, I didn't believe it at first. But I've seen what he's like when he changes." Lousie said.
"Are you honestly telling me, that you're OK with this?" Nathan asked.
"If that's who he is." Louise said.
"I've got to except that."
"Some men dress up in women's clothing and they're just perverts. He's dangerous." Nathan told him.
"I would never hurt your mum. I love her."
"You've broken his nose!" Louise said as Nathan rolled his eyes.
"It's not like you can enter him in Crufts." A second later Louise slapped him.
I gasped as Nathan gave his mum a look before heading to the back doors.
"Nathan!" I yelled but he was gone.
"So sorry, about your nose and your radio." I told the two before running off.I couldn't find Nathan, and I didn't want to go home so I decided to go to Kelly's.
I knocked before taking a step back.
A second later, her mum opened the door with her uniform on.
"Hello, Emily. Kelly's in her room and there's some money for pizza." I nodded as we traded spots.
My stomach grumbled as I knocked on Kelly's bedroom door popping my head in.
"Hey Kells." I said as she turned her head away from the tv.
"Hey." She smiled as I sat down beside her.
"How'd did it go with Jeremy and Nathan's mum?"
"Jeremy was effected by the storm, and Nathan's mum slapped him." I ran a hand through my hair.
"I couldn't find him so I came here." I said.
"Poor Nathan."
"I know." I sighed as I remembered the look on his face.
"Hey, what's wrong?" She grabbed my hand.
"Nothing, I'm just really tired." I explained.
and i might have a small crush on nathan
My eyes widened as Kelly's mouth dropped opened.
shit! she can hear that!
I groaned internally.
"Shut up! You like Nathan!"
"Please, please, don't tell him!"
"I won't, I promise! But you two would be so cute together, I cannot believe I'm saying that."
"Me too." We laughed.
"Mind if I stay here tonight? I don't feel like going home." I said.
"Of course." I smiled at her.
