Name: Dylan
Age: Immortal, looks to be a young adult, around mid 20s.
Gender: Male
Personality: Dylan serves as a perpetually calm, even-keeled older brother to the other spirits. He is very patient and easygoing, it takes a LOT to get him anywhere near angry. He is deeply loyal to the people of the forest and is very gentle-hearted, warm, patient, accepting, emphatic and wise. He is an optimist/pacifist and likes to look on the bright, simple side of life. He loves children, he can often be seen playing with them and telling them stories. He is kinda low energy, introverted and tends to put off action/conflict until it's completely unavoidable. He will probably find it difficult to adjust to being in his human body again after being separate from it for so long and the world has advanced a lot since he was put to sleep. Though he is a powerful immortal being he's one of the more personable spirits you'll meet in your lifetime, and he's a good casual friend to just shoot the breeze with.
Looks: Dylan is not a human like Elsa is and, like the other 3 spirits, he gives off an ethereal, almost otherworldly vibe. He has short-ish, wavy blue hair fading from dark at the roots to slightly lighter at the tips. and striking deep blue eyes that seem to glow and change colors in different light. He is quite tall, with a slender, lean build and fair skin with pale freckles over his cheeks and nose. His clothes are pretty in various shades of blue but very old-fashioned, as he's been asleep for hundreds of years (see backstory).
Powers: Water (His powers include moving it around, controlling the weather to an extent, and he can even create massive storms/tsunamis, though he wouldn't dream of hurting anyone with his powers unless he had to. He can even create intelligent creatures out of it, for example the water horse. He can also stay underwater for an unlimited amount of time.
Friends: The other 3 elements (might make them later or someone else can), Elsa, Anna and her entourage. Good friends with many of the people of the Enchanted Forest and they see him as a sort of warm, wise yet respected entity and often call on him for advice.

Backstory: (!! Spoilers for Frozen 2! Heavily inspired by it! Also none of this is canon, lol. !! )
When the people of the Enchanted Forest were betrayed, the human bodies of all 4 spirits hid themselves away from the chaos of the fight. In a final attempt to preserve the forest, their spirits left their bodies lifeless and still to run rampant through the forest, fiercely protecting it. They stayed like that for hundreds of years before the mist was lifted. Now that peace has been restored to the forest, the 4 spirits have returned to their bodies. Hidden deep beneath the waves of the Dark Sea, Dylan was finally awoken from his sleep. He does know what happened/who Elsa is because the water horse, his spirit, saw everything.
Kingdom: The Enchanted Forest
Other: Like his siblings he has a beautiful singing voice and loves to sing. His signature song is very soothing, more of a lullaby than anything else (each spirit's song is different) and can calm and entrance almost anyone within moments. No, he's not going to challenge Elsa for the "throne" of the enchanted forest.
