Jacqui's POV
It had been over 4 months since I proposed to Cass, the wedding was almost done, the only thing we needed to do, was find a suit and dress. Cassie had been out dress shopping for the past 4 weeks until she finally found a dress her and her mom agreed on. Apparently her mom was more picky about a dress than her, my suit was fine, it made me like so masculine though. My muscles showed through the suit, and my tie was so long that it actually reached my crotch. But later on Takeda fixed it, who knew the boy could sew."So Jacqui I've been meaning to ask you? What would you like to make your surname to be when you get married?" Dad asked, I grew sweaty and Casssie gave me a worried look, while the others were intrigued."While, I mean, I don't have to tell you now, I'm just saying, mabye I can tell you later."

Jax:"But there won't be a later until next week, I'm not waiting a minute longer just do you can bachelorlize  with your cousin."

Jacqui:"First of all, bachelorlize isn't a word, and second if all, how did you know that I was going out with babs today?"

Jax:"First of all your my daughter so I have to know where you go and what your doing. Second of all, Babaine's  parents said that he's staying for the wedding."

Jacqui:"Well, god dammit."

My cousin from England was invited to the wedding, his name was Babaine, pronounced: Bab- ain- a. He was British but we got into alot of trouble as kids, but that's off topic.  I gave my dad a sad look and looked back at Cassie."Cassie ain't gonna help you, tell me." He said, his voice growing even deeper than before. Cassie growled but I put my hand out to stop her from going near dad."Dad, I love being a Briggs."

Jax:"But, Briggs stick together through thick and thin, not much of Cage if you aks me."

Jacqui:"But dad, the Cage's will be part of my family now too."

Jax:"So your saying you'd rather be a Cage over being a Briggs?!"

A tear rolled down my face, my heart sank to the ground, I felt like my dad just punched me in the face with guilt. Cassie pulled me closer into a hug a held me tight."Are you making me choose?" I asked in a shaky voice, my dads expression grew angry."Yes." He said, he walked off out the door, Jin and Takeda gave us sad looks and ran after him. My heart shattered into pieces, I let out a soft sob and cried on Cassie's shoulder. General Blade and Mister Cage came and hugged me tightly, I felt devastated, but yet, there was nothing I could do about it.

Jax's POV
Never in my life, have I been so angry with Jacqui, she's choosing to be a Cage over a Briggs. But then again, that's what she wants."Mister Briggs!" A voice called out, I could tell it was Takeda, he came up to me with Jin by his side panting."What do you boys want?" I asked

Kung Jin:"Well, I'm pretty sure General Blade would've sent us to go after you either way, so we just came looking for you."

Takeda:"But Mister Briggs, what you did back there was, pretty mean of you."

Jax:"Well, Jacqui should've chosen right."

Kung Jin:"Seriously?! Your blaming Jacqui?"

Takeda:"If she was still marrying me, she would've changed her name. Soo either way you loose."

I grew furious, the two boys behind me were trying to reason with me that I should be the one to blame. Kung Jin came up next to me and let an angry stare escape his face.

Kung Jin:"Well, I thought Jacqui looked up to you, but in the end, as she's getting married, your forcing her to stay a Briggs. I'm not parent, but that's a wrong in my book of parenting."

Takeda:"What Jin is trying to say is, you can't force Jacqui to be somthing shes not, if she wants to be a Cage, then let her, you can't manipulate her life."

That caught my mind racing, I finally understood what I was doing wrong, Jacqui wasn't the one to blame.....I was. I can't believe I did this, I'm a terrible dad, if Vera was her, she would've killed me by now."Boys... thank you, for helping me realize my mistake." I thanked Jin and Takeda and they smiled, the ran back to the base, leaving me left with my conscious.
