Derek got back to his loft and of course peter was there waiting for him.
"What do you want now, peter?"
"What, no how are you, or it's nice to see you?" Peter said smiling.
"Peter!"
"Okay, fine. Who's this Theo guy I keep hearing about?" Peter asked.
"He's supernatural if that's what you're asking."
"And he wants your human, why?"
"I don't know, peter. How about you go find him and ask him." Derek said, annoyed.
"Maybe I will." Peter said.
"If that's all you wanted, see yourself out." Derek told his uncle going up to his room to take a hot shower.

"Okay, this involves you, just as much as Der. And I hope it's okay that I did this. I hired people to rebuild the old Hale house. It's just the way it was, all the rooms and everything." Stiles told Cora.
"Of course it's okay, Sti. I'm glad you did this for him I really am. He's going to love it." Cora told stiles giving him a hug.
"I hope so, I know there's bad memories, I wanna make good memories with him and the pack there. And I didn't want to see it be torn all the way down, and I know Derek didn't either. Plus it is Hale land."
"He will be so happy Stiles." Cor said smiling. "Now get some rest."
