Stiles takes a bullet for Derek and is in a coma for a month. Derek plans on proposing once he's better.

The kitchen is huge, it has a big long wooden table at one end, with a big window that over looks the woods. It has an island in the middle and the walls are white. Stiles then drags Derek up the stairs to their room. Their room has blood red wallpaper, a big king size bed with black covers, 2 dressers, one for stiles and one for Derek. On the night stand there's a note and it reads:

I did this for you, to make you happy I know you didn't want them tearing down this house so I had it rebuilt. I know there's bad memories here but I want to make new happy ones, with you and the pack and for this baby. Yes I'm pregnant. We're going to be dads!! Deaton says it's because we're mates. We get to decorate the babies room together. I love you Der, I hope you're just as excited and happy as I am.
P.s. there's ultrasound pictures in the envelope.

Derek takes the pictures out and sits on the bed.
"This is real?" Derek asks stiles with tears in his eyes.
"It is Der. Are you happy about it?" Stiles asks, his heartbeat is going 100 miles an hour.
Derek gets up and kisses stiles long and hard.
"Of course I'm happy, I get to be a dad, with you!" Derek says smiling.
Stiles lets out a breathe he didn't know he was holding "Okay, okay great."

Jackson didn't even finish knocking when stiles swung the door open and said,
"Oh good you're here." Stiles says dragging Jackson up to his room.
"Woah stilinski what's going on?"
Stiles shuts his door and locks it behind him.
"Are you trying to get me out of my clothes, all you had to do was ask." Jackson said winking.
"What? No! God. Why am I having symptoms of pregnancy? I've been vomiting every morning, I can hardly hold down foods I love, and I've been craving some weird ass shit." Stiles blurts out fast.
"Okay, take a breath. How would that be possible, unless-"
"Unless what?"
"No that can't be." Jackson said thinking out loud.
"What cant be!! Jackson!" Stiles said freaking out.
"We need to go see Deaton, now. Get dressed and meet me at my car in 10." Jackson said walking out of stiles room.
