Shattered trust (rebooted)

5. Arriving in Beach City

The helicopter hovered over the sea near Beach City, it's near the harbour. It's also raining.

Pilot: "We're over the sea."

Bale: "Roger, We'll open the doors now."

They open it and jump down into the sea. No one in the harbour noticed them or saw them jump in.

Pilot: "We'll be in the sky awaiting for your mission to be completed."

David resurfaces and gives them a thumbs up. The helicopter flies away to the sky. David dives back underwater, and swims to the harbour. He gets up on the boardwalk and he draws out his pistol which had a suppressor. The others follow him from behind.

Bale: "No one's here."

David: "That's good, no one will spot us."

They look around and headed up to the land itself. They looked left and right. David saw a girl with blonde hair and some green highlights.

Sadie: "Huh? AH! Don't sho- David?"

David: "Sadie?"

Sadie: "It's you. It's been a while. Something happened to Steven. He- he-

David: "Shattered the other gems? I know. He even shattered Pearl."

Sadie: "I'm terribly sorry. But what should I do?"

David: "Go home, let everyone else know I'm here and tell them to barricade their windows and doors."

Sadie: "You got it."

She leaves home, the spetsnaz continue their goal and walk around the stormy streets of Beach City.

Minotaur: "How many times have you been here?"

David: "About a few times, it's nice here. But now Steven ruined everything."

Rodion looked around the streets and noticed a burnt down house.

Rodion: "Wait, David Who's house was this before it burned?"

David comes and looks at it.

David: "Oh...no...that was Steven's friend's house, Connie Maheswaren."

Rodion: "He killed her too? I thought he only blamed the gems."

David: "Steven thought she knew the truth before he did and thought she wanted to keep the secret hidden."

Minotaur: "Does he show remorse?"

David: "When he did not know the truth he was happy. Now he doesn't."

They continued to move on. They looked around the streets and they saw some gems which were Steven's new forces.

David: "Sh*t. Hide."

They hid behind a wall.

David: "It's Steven's new forces, they're patrolling the streets."

Gem: "Did you hear that?"

Gem 2: "Hear what? I didn't hear anything. It's probably just your hearing."

They left and David and his forces moved onto Steven's house.
