Chapter 3: Love Or Like?

"Oh I-I'm sorry I didn't mean that no one loves you I mean I lo..uh I mean I like you..dude",I say nervously I can't believe I almost said I love him how could I love him? And I added the "dude" at the end to sound more manly because at first I sounded kinda..gay. After I said that I turned towards the window because I felt like suddenly all the blood in my body was rushing to my face because my face was becoming really hot,I could feel my face burning. But why was I blushing?? "Y-you do?",Naruto asks sounding nervous I smile at his response "You damasu of course I like you",I say as I turn around to face him "Really? B-but you always wanted to pick a fight with me when we younger",Naruto replys "Yeah but we were 10 years old you baka",I say with a laugh at the end "If you like me then how come you always call me a baka!",Naruto said raising his voice a little bit he didn't mean to because he looked away looking upset "I'm sorry I just love how easily I can piss you off", I say smiling then Naruto looked up at me and smiled back after a few seconds we both started laughing "Yeah im a easy person to piss off",Naruto said between laughing "Yep..So how is Sakura? I haven't talked to you guys in..what 4 months now?", I ask curiously I may not be in love with Sakura but I still care about her "I haven't seen her since 2 days ago but she's fine and actually you haven't talked to us in 5 months..Is anything wrong?",Naruto replys and asks "That's great and I don't know I just wanted to escape from all the people who hate me around here..",I say trailing off and thinking that they should hate me "Seriously? People still hate you for what happened? I mean come on they are all temes that happened a year and a half ago",Naruto said raising his voice "Yeah I know but I guess they should hate me I mean I went to join Tobi and I also replaced my own eyes with my brothers and tried to destroy the leaf village..twice!",I say practically yelling "Yes Sasuke I know but you called a truce and left tobi they should just move on and forgive you. You are a smart,powerful, cute,amazing ninja and they should see that because that's what I see in you",Naruto said rushing his words a little "Thanks naruto but I.. Wait you see me as being cute?",I ask just noticing he called me cute "W-what are you talking about?",Naruto said blushing and slowly spinning around in his chair "You called me cute Naruto",I state knowing that he said it. "Yeah I did.. I'm sorry",Naruto apologizes while spinning around faster in his spinning chair, I laughed at how childish he still is "You damasu I don't care", I say watching him spin around and around "Sure, sure whatever",Naruto replyed focousong on spinning I'm guessing I laugh again "For a 17 year old hokage your still childish",I tell him with a smile "Yeah well sorry Sasuke but I usually only act childish when I'm alone, I'm usually always completely serious. It's so stupid because I love remembering the old days at how I was so stupid, big headed and troublesome",Naruto said as he stopped spinning and smiled at me I smiled back "Your still stupid, big headed and troublesome",I reply as I pick up a picture frame that was on naruto's "Wow thanks Sasuke that means sooo much", Naruto says sarcastically. I smile as I look closely at the picture its a picture of the whole team when we were about 12 years to go. In the picture was Me, Naruto, Sakura and even Kakashi sensei I couldn't help but laugh because it was the picture where we were making fun of how kakashi wears his headband which is sideways across his left eye that's the way we were all wearing our headbands in the picture we were all either smiling,laughing or blushing except for Kakashi who was scolding at us in the background. I noticed that in the picture I was blushing and looking at Naruto, I couldn't help but see the look in my eyes as I was looking at him it is the exact same look that Naruto gets in his eyes whenever Sakura walks in the room with..with love. "I remember that day very well",Naruto says startling me because I never noticed he got out of his chair to come stand behind me "Yeah I believe it was the younger troublesome you that suggested we should piss off Kakashi Sensei",I say with a huge smile "Yup I remember that", Naruto said smiling too. Suddenly there was a knock on the door "Come in!", Naruto yelled as he put the picture back on his desk, to my surprise Sakura walked in "Ah! Oh my god Sasuke!",She squealed as she wrapped her arms around my neck in a hug.
