Background: born in White horse Canada and grew up in America. He grew up being a trouble maker in school always playing gags but when opposed he would set people out straight. He's been guided through war by his father who would take him shooting. His father served in world war two and Vietnam war. His father after his retirement still went shooting at a range with Phoenix. Phoenix stood for the ones who couldn't, spoke for the ones who couldn't and never would back down from a fight.
Gadget: C25824 'zipper'. A quick drone like thing that is faster then a bullet when at top speed. Used for recon and can detect any traps, people with weapons and even small enough to slip through door cracks.(no image cause I made it up)
