If you walk the streets of Oakstand by night, you might see a floating flame. But do not fear, it won't harm you.
Those few who've gotten close says it's carried by a man in scorched clothes, whose face is twisted with grief. Some claim he's the reason there are no old wooden houses. To make amends for the destruction and lost lives on his watch, he pledged his death to roam the streets of the city, looking for fires.
What will he do if he finds one? Yell? Suffocate it with magic? Your guess is as good as mine.
