(28) Would You Go On a Playdate With Me?

You were just casually playing by the swings, thinking to yourself and being bored as always. You started thinking that it's been awhile since you've played with Nugget and decided to check on how he's doing.

You look around the playground to see all the kids except for the nugget addict himself.

You grew concerned in where Nugget was and realized that maybe he's in his Nugget cave probably.
You got off from the swings and looked down the firey pits of Hell Nugget calls his cave.

"Hmm, I want to try something" You smile to yourself.

"ECHOOO!" Echooo echooo echoo

You laugh to yourself before yelling down the hole again.
"(Y/N) IS AWESOME!"

Aah, you just love yelling down holes just to hear it echo and repeat your words! It's funny to you.

"Hmm, oh! Ahem.... NUGGET SUCKS!"

"Pfftt, Nugget are you down there?" You chuckled, you hear some giggles from the bottom.
"You betcha! Why don't the Cute (Y/N) come here too?" Nugget suggested, you started sweating and gulped.
"Um, n-no thanks Nuggs, it's way better up here heh...." You let out an awkward chuckle. The thing is is that you were a bit afraid of dropping down to the Nugget cave, it's like 20 feet deep!

"Oh come on! Nugget promises to catch the Cute (Y/N) if they want!" Nugget says again, your heart started racing.
"A-again, no thanks Nugget....." You say as you slowly back up.

"Pretty please with choclate toppings and a cherry on top? I've got a limo in here!" Nugget said, you raised an eyebrow as if you would actually believe him.
"Oh sure, a limo yeah TOTALLY believe you Nugget. But seriously I can't....." You whimper, but Nugget still proceeds to convince you that everything will be okay.

"There's a big pile of nuggets to catch your fall! On top of that, Nugget will try to catch you if that makes the Cute (Y/N) feel better'' You started thinking that maybe you could jump, but still it's terrifying.

"O-okay, pinky promise?"
"Pinky promise!"

You take a deep breath before pulling your leg out to the hole and pull yourself in.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!" You screamed and cried, but then you felt yourself land on someone arms. You gently open your eyes.

"See? Nugget catched the Cute (Y/N)! You're alot more heavier than Nugget thought" He smiles
"Hey! Rude!" you laughed and then thanked him and let him place you down.

"So, what have you been doing in here Nugget?" You asked him, not taking your eyes off of the scenery of the whole cave.

"Me, the Pretty Lily and Billy found something interesting in this cave. You see there's this MONSTER!" Nugget said in a sinister voice which made you scared.

"M-monster? What do you mean?" You gulped, then Nugget took your hand and dragged you to some kind of smaller cave only to witness a big scary monster with big teeth. It's eyes are plain white and has claws on his hands.

"Wh-what is t-that.....?" Your eyes widened with your mouth agape, the thing was terrifying.

"According to the Kindergarten Wikipedia, The Brown Monsters are characters in Kindergarten 2 and are found in the secret lab under the new school. One of the monsters is found in the "Failed nugget cave" during the missions "If You Can Dodge a Nugget", "Breaking Sad" and "Creature Feature," while the other three are only found during the mission "Creature Feature."

Nugget said casually which made you slowly tirn to him with a shocked and confused face.

"What did you just.....say...?" You said breathlessly.
"Oh nothing." Nugget shrugged with a smile, but that's when the monster noticed the both of you and started running towards you both.

Nugget quickly grabs your hand and the both of you ran out of there.

You were scared for your life obviously, tears were in your eyes as you start to sweat like crazy.

"Is the Cute (Y/N) okay?" Nugget asked as he pats your shoulders.
"I-I'm fine Nugget.....just......WAS THAT AN ACTUAL MONSTER?!" You yelled to him in disbelief.

"Nugget thinks so, yeah. Nugget, the Pretty Lily and Billy were viciting the Nugget cave to just hangout until Billy found that monster buddy, now the three of us are trying to see if we can kill it! Would the Cute (Y/N) like to join us?" Nugget says with a smile as if he doesn't think the monster back there wasn't a big deal at all!

"Oh um......s-sure....?" You hesitated for a bit, still trying to process everything.

"Can we get out please, Nugget? I d-don't feel safe here anymore......" You say as you hugged yourself.

"Naah, the Cute (Y/N) shouldn't worry! Nugget will stay right by their side and protect them even if it's the last thing he does!" Nugget says quite proudly, you blushed.

"Th-thanks, Nugget.....umm, so what should we do now? The school bell hasn't ring yet sooo" You say before sitting down on the dirt. It made your outfit dirty but you didn't mind at all.

"Well Nugget has been meaning to ask the Cute (Y/N) about something....." Nugget says rather shyly which kind of shocked you since Nugget has always been the type of kid who's oblivious and say things without knowing what they mean.

"Of course, Nugget. What is it?"
"Would the Cute (Y/N) like to go on a playdate with Nugget?"

You paused for a moment, you were surprised of course but this wasn't really like an OFFICIAL date, this was just a playdate which involves two kids play together, right?

"Why, sure. I don't see a problem with that" You shrugged with a smile, Nugget's eyes starts to shine like two big stars.

"YES! Oh wow Nugget is so excited about this playdate! Nugget has learned alot from Nugget's parents about this" Nugget chuckles, your smile faded as you raised an eyebrow.

"What? What do you mean?"
"Well Nugget's Dad had always been going on dates with Nugget's Mom of course, but there was also this one time where Nugget's Dad was going in the bedroom with his secretary which Nugget finds pretty weird" He shrugs, you tilted your head in confusion.

"Also there was this one time were Nugget went to the carnival with the Smart Monty and we saw Nugget's Mom hugging and touching another man. When Nugget asked her about it she said it was her brother but Nugget doesn't remember having an uncle......" Nugget thinks for awhile before shrugging.

"Oh boy......uhm, that's nice....." You say with a fake smile, welp, his family is going great.

Then the two of you hear the school bell ring coming from above.

"Oh, I guess it's time for us to get back up there again. Anyways, Nugget is really excited for this playdate with the Cute (Y/N)!" Nugget chuckles, you chuckled aswell.

"Me too, see ya at class Nugget"
