(So here is first chapter, and yes, WASH UR HANDS!!)
Kat's p.o.v:
The sun shining. But why wouldn't it be? Maybe a few reasons, but it was almost the middle of the day, so yes, it was shining. Green grass was everywhere. Covering the land around me. I was almost at my goal. My brother.
I could see his pink hair. It was naturally pink. Bright pink. Mine was a light gray. But when I turned 11, the tips of my hair started to turn a light blue. No one was normal in the country I lived in. It's a place where it would be normal to see a person with a pair of horns, or maybe a dog tail. So don't be surprised by my cat ears. Got them from my mom, but I'm getting off track.
My brother had his normal yellow sweatshirt on, with the cut shoulders. Along with his gold star necklace, his white high boots and short shorts. Not to mentions that those were white too. You may be wondering why he was wearing such feminine clothes. Well, my brother Eliot, is transgender.
Please don't make fun of him though. I could never forgive you If you did. He's a bit sensitive about the topic. He thinks of himself as a boy, but he can sometimes dress up like a girl once in a while. His hair can allow him to pass as both.
I got to the top of the hill. I saw his sitting up at the top waiting for me. I smiled, showing my teeth. He turned his head. His shiny lime green eyes looked at me. He smiled back.
"You took your sweet time," he said,"what took so long?"
"You know I have a hard time tying my shoes Idiot!" I snapped. That was one of my nicknames for him, Idiot.
"Okay, chill, at least you done have 5 extra laces."
Well he did have boots on so I don't really have the right to say anything. I just laughed. So did he. We aren't like some siblings. Eliot is basicly my one idol. I admire him and everything he does. We don't have fist fights. We don't even touch each other in any fist formations. We kinda get paranoid that we will hurt each other. We do do high fives though.
I looked at Eliots hand. There was a cut on the top of it. It looked like a few hours old maybe.
"Eli, what happened to your hand?" I asked.
"Oh," he looked at his hand. "Nothing really," he said,"just cut my self earlier in the kitchen during breakfast." He then looked at me. "Have you had any cuts lately.
I shook my head. "No Eli. I haven't."
Something happened to me when I was 8. I got extremely sick. I don't know what happened to me. But I do remember a bite mark. Maybe a mosquito. After a few days my sickness was getting worse. My family was getting extremely worried. And then I woke up one morning. There was a strange red mark on my shoulder, clearly a puncture wound. My bedroom window was open, and there was a note saying that I was welcome. At the bottom of the note the person wrote C.Light. that was it. I kept the note in a box under my bed. In case I ever meet that person. I still haven't met C.Light.
After whatever C.Light did to me, I can't get hurt. If I were to cut myself, the wound would heal itself it what seemed like five seconds. My parents were mystified. I still don't know what else happened to me. But I'm unsure if I want to know. Bruises go away in an instant. Cuts heal faster than normal. Pain goes away in a second. C.Light turned me into a wonder.
"Eliot, do you like a sunrise, or sunset better?"
Eliot paused for a minute. He was clearly thinking hard about this subject. Then he spoke.
"A sunrise."
"Why?"
"Because it sparks a new beginning."
"That's a new word choice you don't here everyday," I said flatly.
"Well that's what I think. Because everyday is different." He said back.
"Suit yourself Eli."
I put my head on his shoulder. He had a nice shoulder, not gonna lie. And he was warm. His reaction was to hug me. We sat like this for who knows how long. He was the most important person to me. And he understands me. Not like my parents or friends. But he listens to me in a way nobody else can. If I ever get into a relationship, I hope they are like him.
Later:
After a small bit I open my eyes, I realise I fell asleep on Eliot. He is sleeping on the ground. I shake him to wake him up. He groaned.
"Come on, we gotta go home Eli," I said.
I looked at the digital watch on my hand. It was 2:43 in the afternoon. If we didn't get home soon, mom and dad might get worried. Eliot got on his feet. We started to walk down the hill. We were halfway out of the park, when I heard laughing. It was more of a mocking noise.
Me and Eliot turned around. A group of three kids were circling a boy around a tree. A boy with black hair and yellow tips was chocking the boy, raising him upwards. There were 2 girls near him. They were both laughing. One was taking a selfie of herself. I couldn't take this.
"Kat, what are you doing?!" Eliot whispered.
I didn't listen to him. I just walked toward the bullies. My vision started to shift. My eyes turned a bright green. Glowing.
"You think you're all powerful huh, Kale?" The boy with black and yellow hair said. The boy he was was now pinning to the tree, who's name I was guessing is Kale, was crying.
"I'm sorry for what my mom did! Just please leave me alone!"
I finally got close enough to speak.
"Excuse me sir," I said. The bullies turned around.
Kale quickly ran off.
"But what did that boy do to you to deserve that?"
The boy laughed at me. Then he saw Eliot. His jaw slowly dropped.
"Is that Eliot?" He asked one of the girls next to him, who had way to much makeup make up on.
Eliot ran up next to me. He grabbed my shoulder. Our eyes locked for a split second. Eliot looked scared. Then he spoke in a low voice. One he never uses unless he's angery.
"Hello Tristan..."
God dam... 1111 words. I think I made myself a new record XD
