In the midst of the happiness, Varia knew in her mind that that was just the beginning of the plan .
She went into town got a few living supplies like food, warm clothing, potions, herbs and so on.
After purchasing all she could comfortably carry along with her. She saddled up and set out North.
For 3 days her journey went smoothly but as usual something had to happen and disrupt her peaceful journey.
On this fortunate day did she meet the one person that changed her mentality about friendships and relationships with others .
So while trying to get a fire started and prepare for a few hours of rest after the long tedious traveling she did . Varia started hearing sounds of breaking twigs and snapping branches . She was scared out of her mind but became alert and after a few seconds she saw the cause of the noise a boy about her age quite taller than her in a heavy brown cloak with a temporary relieved face.
Temporary because he did not know the gravity of the verbal questioning that was about to come from Varia's mouth.
“Who are you? What are you doing here? Who sent you? Are you a spy? Answer me! ” she spat out not even giving him a second to answer her verbal questionnaire .
When she finally gave him time to answer he gave a wide grin as someone had for the first time in a long while taken a bit of their time to listen to him .
Happily he started “I am Cozan. I'm from the west and I ran away from my home well foster home. No one sent me to look for you. I don't even know who you are! ”
“oh! But I can't just believe you like that give me a reason to believe you or something to hold you to your words.” Varia replied
“Although you have given me a summary of your current life , it isn't enough. ” she continued.
Cozan gingerily reorted “I have nothing to prove your suspicion wrong but I would like if you believe me and if you let me go with you to wherever place you are going as I have nowhere to go. I don't even know anywhere ”
Suddenly they saw something not really bright but not dull that it could not be seen they went towards it and found out that it was a portal and the time line by it showed them that it would soon close and its going into the future .
They decided to go through.
I'm sorry for the short chapter I had serious writer's block and could not write .
