" His body is tortured and malnourished. there is a sign of drugs in his system. He was tortured mentally and physically. The worse of them is the mental torture and his body reaction towards those around him. He will need a lot of support from all of you especially you Kyoya. With all the drugs inside his system, we need to perform surgery without anesthesia. I want Reborn and Kyoya inside with me now. Ryohei it will be better if you join us." Shamal said with the unusual seriousness on his face. this show how grave the situation is.

All the people mention nod their head and quickly prepare themselves for the surgery. Everyone is worried for their little brunette especially his guardians. They fail to protect him as they thought that they are weak. Mukuro and Chrome sit on one of the chair and holding each other hand as if to support each other. Takeshi is leaning on the wall with a dark look while hugging a crying Hayato. He try to sooth him but choose to keep quiet. Lambo is seating quietly without his usual childish remarks and his face is completely emotionless if not for the electricity crackling around him they will not know how he truly feel. All the Vongola is murderous and the most murderous is Iemitsu. The usual goofy smile is nowhere to be seen as he ordered his people to investigate the case in silent so as not to alarm their enemy and the public.

After doing the treatment for hours, Tsuna is stable and the poisons in his body is removed. After Shamal confirm that there will be no side effects, Tsuna is transfered in a private room to recuperate. Shamal predicted that he will wake by latest the day after tomorrow. When everyone heard the good news, they are very relieved and happy but the problem is not solved yet cause its seem that Nana has a bacjer and they are not to be underestimate. Hibari take out his phone from the pocket and suddenly the hospital is by a very dark aura and even Reborn is trying to keep his calm facade.
" I want you to investigate them throughly and send me their info in 2 hours. I want to know everything about them. Its about time we eradicate them from this world." Hibari spoke in a voice they never heard from him. With all the drama, they forgot who he is and what is he capable to do.
" Hibari, you seem to know who is behind Nana, would you kindly share it with us please?" Reborn said with a smile that did not reach his eyes. Dark aura around him is able to scared many people but not Hibari Kyoya.

" It's my family from my mother's side. If you have an Italian mafia here, than we have a Chinese mafia and they are more brutal in their way of handling things. Nana has allied herself with them. My father and mother has cut off any relationship with and my uncle is the current leader. Apparently he is not satisfied because, my parents are still better than him in everything he try to achieve and me as their son is his target and Nana is only one of his chess piece that he can easily control. He knew that Nana has some relation to Vongola and somehow found out that I am closed to the heir of Vongola so he take the chance to destroy Vongola and me together. Killing two bird with one stone. This is all my fault if it is not because of me, Tsuna would be safe. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm really sorry. If you want to punish me go ahead I will not blame you." Kyoya said in tears. This is the longest they had heard from him. Seeing Tsuna on coma must have break him.

" Kyoya, we will not blame you as it is not your fault, you have kept Tsuna safe all this time and put your life in danger when doing mission with hum. You have also make my son the happiest boy on Earth and I will not take that away from him. I've been away for so long from him and failed to realised that Nana has tortured him. If you really love and cherish my som I want you to take revenge for him and used your anger as your fuel but never let it take away your humanity." Iemitsu said seriously for once. He had heard everything and think all that he had loss when he walk away from his family that day. The biggest regret in his life is that he will never see his twin grow up to become a man.

Hearing everything that Iemitsu has said, make Kyoya look up at him with determination in his eyes but his face remain emotionless. He promise to stop all of this so that he can be happy with Tsuna. He turn to look at everyone in the room and realise none of them has hatred and anger to him but towards their enemy. He turns to look at Tsuna special team and Yuki that has been staying with them and help destroying other Estraneo base around the world and help tge survivors and relocated them to a safe place for them. Kyoya look at their eyes and saw guilt. The generals are leaking deadly auras ann Yuki is licking her paws as if sharpening her knife.

" Ok then we will attack them after we have enough rest. Now it is best if we rest and treat our wounds. We can't go to the Vongola Mansion I have one place we can go. It is safer there and Tsuna can also be moved there for his safety." Kyoya said. They all agree and Shamal make preparations so that Tsuna can travel.

They all arrive at a secured airport that belongs to Tsuna and only those that are truly loyal to Tsuna know their location. They all boarded the plane that will bring them to safety, Yamamoto's father and Ryohei's brother follow them for their safety. The plane is design by Tsuna and all the security measures is design and program by Tsuna himself so that the plane will not appear on radar. The pilot is Kian himself.

Upon reaching the base, they are surprised to find themselves at China. Fon is waiting for them. It is truly very smart because the enemy will not expect them o be very close to them.

They all rest and treat their wound, Tsuna is moved into one of the bedroom and Kyoya sitting next to him holding his hands.

" Please Tsuna open your eyes. I want to see your beautiful eyes Tsuna, Please." Kyoya said while kissing Tsuna's hands. Anyone who see this scene will have no doubt feel the love they share between each other. Kyoya stay with Tsuna that night not wanting Tsuna to wake up with nobody by his side.

Hayato is sitting alone in the garden. His face is devoid of his usual frown but is replaced with a solemn and thinking face. he is so deep in his thought that he did not notice the footstep that approach him from behind.
