Happy Ending?

Zane's POV:

I woke up again in the same place as before. Only this time I remembered what happened. I stood up, and to my surprise, I felt taller than before. Much taller.

"I'm not a kid anymore!" I thought. I looked around when I suddenly saw something in the corner of my eye.

"PIXAL!" I shouted, running to her. I turned her over and her eyes had lost all of their colour. "Oh Pixal.. this is all my fault. If I was just more careful, you wouldn't be like this." He hugged her lifeless body, tears rolling down his cheeks.

Zane put his forehead against hers. "I'm sorry Pixal. I love you." He finally said.

Pixal's eyes flickered, ever so slightly. If Zane wasn't paying attention he would have missed it. But he saw it. "Pixal? Can you hear me?" He asked. The samurai's mouth slightly opened and closed, while her eyes flickered.

"Z-ane.." she managed to say. Before her eyes flickered off again.
"Pixal? Pixal?!" Zane said slightly shaking her. "Pixal...." he said. He had pretty much lost all hope.

He gently kissed her forehead . "And I'll always love you.." he said as he lay down beside her. There was no way he was going to leave her side. Not until the day he died.

"ZANE!! ZANE WAKE UP BUDDY!!" Zane heard Jay's voice. It was quiet and muffled.
"Zaaaaaanneee! Wake up!" He heard Cole say.

Zane opened his eyes and sat up straight immediately and in the process, banging his head on the top bunk. "Owww." He said, rubbing his head.
"Oh good your awake." Jay said.
"Yeah. Thanks to you." Zane said
"So how's your arm?" Cole asked
"My.. arm?" Zane asked
"You know! Virus just hurt it yesterday. Don't you remember?" Kai asked
"But I thought that happened at least a week- aaggh. Yep. Still hurts." Zane said clutching his arm.
"Did you guys wake him up? I told you to let him sleep!" Pixal shouted from the other room.
"We didn't wake him up!" Jay shouted
"Yes you did!" Nya shouted back

"Wait what's going on?" Zane asked confused
"You just woke up and you have a cut on your arm with lots of purple stuff around it." Jay said
"The purple stuff is still there?" Zane asked
"No. It was there. The purple stuff is apparently called nightmare goo or something. It only affects nindroids and it sends scary signals up to the brain for one night, giving you a scary nightmare." Jay said
"B-but what about Pythor a-and.." Zane said getting up but then fell back to the floor.
"Woah take it easy Zane." Cole said
"Your clearly still a bit tired. Maybe you should go back to sleep?" Kai suggested
"After my nightmare, I do no plan to sleep for a while."
"None of it was real Zane! And the effects only last for one night." Jay said
"O-oh okay." Zane said sitting back down.
"Could you guys please leave him alone? He needs to recover!" Pixal shouted from the other room. Immediately Zane's desire to rest disappeared in an instant. He jumped out of bed and ran through to the kitchen and tightly hugged Pixal.

"Zane? What are you doing?" Pixal asked smiling
"Isn't it obvious my love." Zane said. Pixal hugged him right back.
"I'm glad you're okay." She said
"As am I." He said. The others came in for a group hug.
"So what was your nightmare about?" Jay asked
"You don't wanna know." Zane said
"I already do." Pixal said, nuzzling her cheek against Zane's. "And you don't have to worry about any of that."
