"Fuck..." Jin whispered to myself, his head still resting on my shoulders. My heart beating irrationally and Jin's heavy breathings are the only thing we can hear.
"I shouldn't... have done that..." He said slowly.
"Damn right," I just said so to ease up the mood and not make it awkward. "Now, get off me"
Jin removed his grip on my waist and fixed himself a little bit. He brushed his hair with his hand, trying to suppress a smile.
"I'll take you home..."
My forehead creased, "Jesus christ, stop acting like we just had sex!"
He chuckled.
"Do you want us to?"
"That's never gonna happen" I sneered.
I went straight to my mother's restaurant. I rarely see her and my sister for the past weeks because I've been so busy. The place isn't busy and it's probably because it's too late for lunch and too early for dinner.
Our restaurant is designed with a mix of modern and old style. My mother wants to perfectly capture the ambiance of looking back in the past without ignoring the present time and the changes that happened in between. It also has plenty of plants that give off the vibe of being close to nature and old photographs framed in the wall to be more nostalgic.
Whenever I ask my mom about life, she'd always say that youth is the best part in living. Her eyes would spark up at slightest mention of it. I wouldn't deny that I'd always feel envious of how much she enjoyed her youth because I honestly don't .
"A penny for your thoughts?" I jumped a bit at the sudden voice. I turned around and saw Jinyoung chuckling.
"What are you doing here?" I asked
"Uh...eat? What else am I supposed to do in a restaurant?"
I just made a face. My mom welcomed me with an embrace and I introduced Jinyoung to her. The three of us shared a table and Jinyoung told my mom a lot of stories that made her laugh. He would also mention the first time I approached him first just to ask his number.
"I haven't seen you for days and now you have a boyfriend?" My sister, Nakyung, butted in. She sat beside me and squinted her eyes on Jinyoung before looking at me.
"You're too good-looking for my sister, how about you date me instead?" She suggested. She did that thing with her eyes, attempting to look cute that I cringed so hard. Jinyoung just laughed at her statement.
"You think he'll ever hit on a thirteen year old girl with raging hormones?" I scoffed.
Nakyung was about to reply but our mother immediately stopped us from bickering. Jinyoung's phone started ringing, so he excused himself to answer it.
"But is he really your boyfriend?" Nakyung questioned. I just sighed as if I'm tired of her nonsense question.
"No, do I look like I need one as of the moment?" I replied. She played with her fork and pouted her lips.
"Yes because you're always grumpy"
My mother laughed, "If you will ever bring one, I hope it'd be Jinyoung. He'd be good son-in-law."
I just shrugged. I'm not interested with him.
Jinyoung returned and fixed his things as he bid his good bye to us. "I had a great dinner, thank you Mrs. Im" He smiled warmly.
I don't have a training tonight so I just helped my mother in operating her restaurant even if she already have staffs. I want to distract myself so I won't think about what just happened between me and Seokjin.
