Magic. To have or apparently have supernatural powers or simply something exciting or wonderful.

She knew that just glancing at the images was like a poison to her, yet she drank it like it was water. Reminiscing on once happy and magical times would be the death of her. Just like him. He regret letting himself unlock the door and walk straight into her life knowing what the consequences would be.

Deceiving: his broken promises from a perfect smile.
Innocent: her perfect smile.

The difference between the heartbroken two was he was the one who handed her the poison and allowed her to drink and reminisce in it. The similarity was they were both alone - hurt beyond anyone's understanding... or so they thought.
The pain. The memories. The feeling of knowing what love was and most importantly what it meant. Yet no longer wanting to feel it.
Once longing to know love and eventually finding it along with so many others, content with their new found relationship with this incredible, magical thing called love, but now they would both do anything to get away. Both running away from the lives they used to live together and always knowing that no matter what they would never fully forget their past together, never fully be able to move on, never fully be able to love again...

All 'magical' things come to an end and their magic was when they were together.
