Phoebe is a fairy native to the island. She is 12 years old. Sadly when she was younger she was bitten by a vampire. This lead her to becoming a corrupted fairy.
As time goes on her mind fades into that of a rabid animal. She can suddenly turn aggressive and snap at anyone around her. She has good days and bad days. Sometimes she seems pretty normal, and others she is now animal like.
Drinking blood makes her symptoms much worse and could lead to her completely losing her mind. The main thing she's having an issue with is chewing on and scratching her wings. Removing the wings will stop the corruption but it could kill the fairy so Phoebe is trying to avoid doing this. Also her wings are a part of her identity and she refused to lose them.
There are a few things she is trying to do too recover. She is doing her best not to consume any blood. She is also having a vampire drink her blood to help her drain some energy and her corrupted blood.
