You walk down the corridors of school and you hear quiet whimpers and sobs from the bathroom you decide to walk In you walk to the stool that you could hear sobs from and knock on the door.
"Hello..you okay in there? Please come out so we can talk." You say quietly
After a short pause a small girl with short brown hair and big, green eyes walks out, she looks up at you and quickly looks back down
"Hey you okay?" You said as you pick her up and place her on the counter you notice she has a tag around her neck , she noticed and quickly turn it around
"Everyone keeps picking on me." She states quietly
"Not because I'm a house pet, it's because I'm quite small and an easy target." She continues you immediately coo at the sight and wrap your arms around her small body, she gets off the counter and wraps her short arms around your waist.
After some time you kneel so you're eye level with her
"Hey it's okay, it doesn't matter that you're a house pet, it will get better alright? It doesn't matter if you're short, it makes you so much cuter and you're not an easy target okay don't worry." You say softly
She quickly nods and buries her head in your chest
She's definitely a keeper.
