Dahyun's POV

"Uhm, Sana, I have to go somewhere. I will be back in an hour." I bid to the lost princess.

"Where are you going? And what will you do?" Out of curiousity, she asked me.

"I-I was just, uhm... Seems I cannot keep a secret from you, huh?" I laughed slightly. "When it's night here in our village, we are giving the kids some food and we will be reading books for them before sleeping. We usually do it outside their home." I explained to her which she understands immediately.

"Oh that seems interesting. I want to come with you!"

I gasped after she said that. I was afraid that the people in the palace might find her. "A-Are you sure? I mean, you're not safe outside this house. Surely, the servants in the palace are still searching for you." I shakingly questioned.

"It's okay, I can handle myself. Just this once, please?"

"You sure?" I reassured one more time.

"Yes, please! I will behave there!" She squealed.

"Okay, if you say so. Let's go." Her eyes lit up like a night light as I told her that. I chuckled mentally, how cute.

"Hi kids!" I greeted the children who are outside their home.

"Dahyun-oppa! You're back!" One of the little girls said.

"Why yes of course." I joked while laughing.

Noticing this pretty girl on my left, the children have bombarded us with lots of questions. Like:

"Who is that girl beside you?"

"She's so pretty!"

"You two look so cute together!"

The last one had got my heart pounding for a minute.

Meanwhile, the princess just laughed at the kids. "Hi there! My name is Sa--"

I can't let the kids know that she's the lost princess, so I immeadiately cut her off and I was the one who 'introduced' her. "Her name's Sari, yes, Sari." Like expected, Sana looked at me, confused. I just smiled at her, and she smiled back at me. I'm glad she get the signal I gave her.

"So now, Sari-unnie is the one who will read the story for you all." I told the children and they all cutely cheered.

"Oh, alright. Once upon a time..."

After a few minutes, Sana and I bid our goodbyes to the children who very happily entered their homes.

"Dahyun, that was so fun! Thank you for bringing me with you to the children!" I was taken aback on what she did to me next. She hugged me very tight, and I will assume that she's very happy.

"Oh, you're welcome." Was all I said to her.

She removed her embraced to me, which I suddenly felt sad that it didn't last long. But when she smiled at me after, I feel like I just won the jackpot prize on a lottery.

We continued to walk on our way home. And I was still smiling widely while walking.

End of Dahyun's Perspective

Meanwhile, at the palace.

"It's so late now but you all servants still didn't find Sana!? What is the use of you all?!" The furious king Kyungwan took his sharp sword, ready to swing it on the servants' heads, including Daniel, their butler.

But luckily, his wife is there to calm him down. "Kyungwan. Please, just be even-minded. We will find her soon."

"I just hope you're right, Nayeon."
