The Rebirth of the Forgotten

The Big Dinner

     Once me, Aqua, and Red landed at the Castle's back door Red did a weird knocking code so the guards knew who it was, Red is Queen Rose's apprentice in fighting and being a leader. I don't think Queen Rose's lessons seem to help, Red used to be so supportive but now she is really bossy and emotional. It kind of makes me feel sad for her, but she's "happy" so things work out I guess. Her smile is all we need.
     The gates open for us as we walk in, I notice Red doesn't look at her surroundings at all like she's been here dozens of times. I search the area for something interesting and I find a training area with fist sacks a big bag of rocks we can punch, heavy metals to lift up, and so much more. Then I remembered this is where Red trained to be the future war commander.
     The doors to Queen Rose's castle open up to reveal a huge table with Queen Rose at the end of it, so... much.. FOOD I scream in my head. Roasted Bugs, the good bugs, fancy ice cream with chocolate syrup thrown on it to make it look like every zig zag had a important purpose and you must appreciate it, there's boiled pearls, many fruits, so much meat, there's so many foods I've never seen in my life!
Then the realization that we're having this super fancy for a reason hits me.. I take a seat next to Aqua and start grabbing food, I need to eat as much food as I can just in case whatever Rose tells us doesn't make me loose my appetite.
     I only get to rip the head off my first full sized Rollam before Rose exclaimed, "I called you five here for an important reason, you must have all heard about the war that almost happened between us Kritillians and the Timalitans. We need to ask you all if you would join me and Red in training to become war material in the rare chance a war does start." I scan Rose's face for some kind of lie or an overstatement anywhere, but she was dead serious.
     Me and Aqua make eye contact and I immediately think that if me and Aqua accept this the chances that me and Aqua go into war are VERY high. Because of our "Queen's" lack of understanding and increasing amount of impulsive decisions made by her and only her. The same thought goes through me and Aqua's head, how can I tell? Her expression went from dumbfounded to slightly depressed and or calm.
     I am the first to say, "I don't know if I can accept this or not and I need more time to think." Why wouldn't I say no right away? Well I want to fight for my village it's the only place that took me in when I was alone, but I'm not war material I can't even do a barrel spin!
Aqua says the same thing but more calmly, "I will need more time too."
Rose looked surprised at those two responses, I wasn't. I know Red was so surprised she looked like as if me and Aqua would want to join a war.
     Danunal being Danunal said, "I will join your training immediately." I wasn't surprised by this Danunal can not physically say n-.
     Before I could finish my thought Dregoon said deeply and sternly "I would never fight for you, or this village just because I live here doesn't mean I like it here. But I have the feeling I would be forced to anyway due to me being the only strong dragon in this whole village." Rose looked extremely offended after Dregoon immediately grabbed the biggest bug and left with it.
     The doors slammed louder then Aqua's scream.. and that's saying something!
