TZUYU'S POV

I went on a hiking today. It's so good to see the sunrise on top of the mountain and to breathe the fresh morning air. It gives me so much energy and staring at the nature while the sun is rising gives me peace of mind. I wish to stay like this.

I sit on the rock as I enjoy my time alone. They say, ramen is good after you reach the top of the mountain so here I am waiting for my cup ramen to be cook. There are several people also here enjoying the scenery.

After sometime, I decided to go down. When I reach the parking I notice that there's a girl with her head bleeding so I went to her and help. She's still conscious when i reach her so I immediately dialled 911 for the ambulance. I did my best to keep her eyes open until the ambulance came.

I instructed them to bring the girl to the nearest hospital which is Park Medical Center, the hospital where I work then I ride my car and follow them.

As we reach the hospital, I asked them to do some prepare the operation room while I do some test on the girl. Chae and Dahyun saw me and assist me with everything. I also told them to check her belongings and contact her family members.

After 2hrs the surgery went well. It's just a minor operation so she's safe now. I wonder what happen to her. I visit the room where the girl is and I saw her mother there.

"Doctor, thank you for saving my daughter Elkie. She's the only one left with me. I don't really know what to do if she died there at the mountain."

"It's nothing Mrs. Chong, it's my duty as a doctor to save every patient who needs medical attention. Good thing I saw her earlier. She's safe now, all we have to do is wait for her to wake up. For now, I will take my leave ma'am. I will be back later to check on her." I said and leave the room and went to my office. I guess, my day off went like this. Call of duty anyway. I need to do it.

After a week, Elkie was discharge. She invited me for a cup of coffee. During that week, we became close. We get to know each other. She's a bit funny if I may say. She's also broken hearted that time when she went into the mountain. She was going down the stairs and she lost her footing causing her to fall down and her head bump into a stone that's why it bleeds.

She owns a cafe which also sells delicious bread so she always offer it to me for free as a thank you for saving her. Who am i to refuse free bread right? We became best of friends as days passed by. We help each other to forget about what hurts in the past, in short, we enjoy our time together. It feels like we both get a new life, a fresh start.

Others may think that we're a couple but we just shrugged it off, we really don't care. We're happy every time we do things together, it feels like we found sister in each other but both of our friends don't think like us. They always think that we are a couple so we just let them and enjoy every hang out that we do. We set every weekend as ET day so it's like my weekend is not as boring as it gets after Mina left me.
