OH MY OH GOODNESS CARA

Hearing the quiet cheers and chats from below this room that I am in, some words I could make out some I can't . Nerve-wracking. It's the only word I could use to describe everything right now. I feel like throwing up, god.....

Looking down on my dress. I swear just one moment ago I thought this dress was just the perfect fit, simple and classy. Now I think I did too much. I sighed deeply. This is not gonna work out I feel it already. Stop being a pussy Allie! This is just a small reunion, they'll leave in like 10 or something! Now go out there!

Self pep-talk just what I need...

"Literally half of the class came, so you don't have to worry" I turned my head to face Lucy. I shrugged "I know just wait" I shook my head and letting out a long breath. "Okay now im ready" I nodded as Lucy grabbed my arm and started ddagging me downthe stairs with her.

They were all sat neatly at the dining table,couches, and un-occupied chairs that were out out, All are chatting, laughing and some regret evident in their expressions but was soon replaced with booming laughter and bright smiles on their faces. Chances are their recalling something embarassing back then. Some unrecognizable faces in some tables which i took as guests they brought along.

Lucy then cleared her throat and that didn't seem to work since the attention was still on their interlocutor. Again she tried to get their attention but this time she gave a small yell "Can I have everyone's attention here?" Lucy asked, immediately heads of many turned her way and now mine. They were glancing towards Lucy curious on what she would say but they were also glancing at me with furrowed brows. Their probably remembering who I am.

"Everyone remember Allie Anderson?" She paused once he heard cheers forming "My bestfriend, she stuck with me through hell and back as i did the same for her who would've thought we would be still friends amirite?" I laughed nudging her side. "Now let's eat I know you all are dyin' to eat that macaroni soup over there don't even lie to me Karen" Lucy pointed over at her old friend Karen and jogged over to her. I shake my head at her.

I went over to some of my friends back then and started a conversation, surprisingly no one brought up that one moment in highschool except. . . . . The one who caused all that drama "Oh I am deeply sorry for what I did back then Allie!!!" A high pitched whiny voice came into the frame, I internally groaned but kept a forgiving FAKE smile.

She engulfed me in her jewelry filled bony arms in a hug as I patted her back awkwardly. I pulled back and nodded my headvat her "But that was in the past i'm sure you forgot about it right?" She asked face full of remorse "Ofcourse, what's in the past stays in the past" K chuckled as she gave a exaggerated laugh "Yes! I've sent my prayers for forgiveness from yoy and from god, i'm sure god already answered it and now you did! That's all I could ask for this christmas" she clapped her hands. All she said next was just her WHOLE life story after graduation day, all I gave her was small nods and a smile.

I felt eyes watching me the whole time which creeped me out. I tried to pry my mind away from it but it was really hard, I couldn't take it anymore and turned my back and scanndd the whole area only to be greeted by the familiar face I met a few days ago. Cara. . . . .

She saw me catching her staring and gave me a smirk along with a wink making my heart skip a beat, A female can make me feel like this?????
