~But I am bruised~

*Beth's POV*
I woke up to Demi taking a picture of me laying on my bed. "Demi! Hey get that shit off my face!" I pouted. "But you look so cute!" Demi fighted childishy. I wish. "You ARE cute, ok? I don't care what the fuck other people say but you ARE cute, and you ARE my babygirl," Demi sat down on the bed with me. "I said that out loud didn't I?" I sighed as I looked down, not waning to see Demi's worried expression. "I don't know what's going on in that beautiful head of yours, but I want to let you know that you're beautiful in every single way, don't underestimate yourself," she gave me a kiss on my forehead and went back to her own room.

Told you she doesn't love you

Shut up, she does!

Then why would she leave you alone?

Because...

Because she hates you! That's right!

Shut up! I know she doesn't hate me!

Yes she does! She hates you because you're a fat, worthless piece of trash!

I sighed and headed to the bathroom. This is the least I could do in the middle of the night. I walked in and my old friend caught my attention. "Pick me up! Use me!" It yelled. I grabbed it without hesitating and slashed it across my wrist 15 times.

Good girl

Thanks.

*Demi's POV*
After having that conversation with Beth, I'm scared. I'm scared that she would go down the same road as me and hurt herself. I couldn't stop thinking about her, I better look out for her before things go downhill. "Beth?" I walked into her room as she sat up. "Can I sleep with you tonight? I need someone to accompany me," I blushed. "Sure," she smiled as she motioned me to join her. I hopped onto the bed and cuddled into her. "I missed this," she smiled as she wrrapped her arms around me as she drifted off to sleep. She is the cutet when sleeping. Believe me. I also found myself drifting off to sleep after 10 minutes of staring at the beauty in front of me.
.
"Stop chasing me! Help!" Beth's voice woke me up. "Beth, wake up! It's only a dream," I shook her. "I-I'm s-so s-sorry," she apologized as she curled herself into a ball and cried. "Beth, you don't have to apologize, it's not your fault," I pulled her in as her breathing quickened. "Match my breathing," I instructed calmly as she did as told. Five minutes later, her breathing went back to normal. "Feeling better, babygirl?" I asked as she smiled and nodded weakly.

*Beth's POV*
I can't believe I embarassed myself in front of my own sister last night. "Breakfast!" Mom's voice rang throughout the house as Demi rushed down the stairs. I sighed and went down with her, not ready for whatever awaited me. "Morning Mom," I faked a smile as I sat down at the kitchen table awkwardly. "Here," Mom grinned as she placed a plate of salad in front of me. I looked up to see everyone eating already as I sat there, playing with my food. Demi looked at me sympathatically as I stuffed a piece of lettuce in my mouth

If you eat any more of these shit, you'll be as fat as a whale!

"Beth?" Demi got my attention as I looked up curiously, which I wish I didn't. "Is there... something you wanna... tell us?" At this point, time froze. I froze. Everything froze. Everyone's attention was all on me, waiting for me to say something. "N-No," I replied, fighting my tears back.

If you tell them, they will stop loving you! They will kill you!

"Beth, I know you're hiding something, please, just... tell us," Demi begged.

No, don't do it! They will think you're a freak!

"I said there's nothing I wanna tell you!" My voice turned from shaky to angry. I put my fork down and ran up to my room. "Beth!" Demi called after me but I slammed the door right in her face and locked it. "Beth, please, open up," Demi pleaded as I started purging up the little food I ate. I rinsed my mouth and grabbed the shiny piece of metal and sliced my wrist with it for about 20 times, and cried. I bawled my eyes out until about 5 minutes later, I felt light headed. So, I decided to go to bed and sleep.

*Demi's POV*
I'm actually worried about Beth. I sighed and decided to go after her, leaving my whole family in the kitchen staring at me like I'm crazy. "Beth, please, open up," I knocked at her bedroom door countless times as I heard gagging in the bathroom. Oh no no no...

In tears, I fumbled for the room key and opened up the door. "Beth-" I called out as I got cut off by my little sister's snoring. I sighed as I left her to sleep, thinking that I would talk about the topic later.
.
It was 1pm and I was watching TV with Dallas. Maddie had to go out with her friend and Beth was sleeping. "Hey," I heard footsteps coming down the stairs. "Beth, you're up!" I smiled as I saw her figure walking into the living room. She nodded weakly as she came up to us. "Can I... have a talk with you?" I asked hopefully as her face dropped. She nodded reguardless. "Dal, I'm gonna talk to Beth for a while, keep enjoying your show," I grinned as I followed Beth up the stairs and into her room.

She sighed as we sat down on her bed. She knew there was no getting away from the topic. "I'm sorry about earlier on, I overreacted," Beth looked down. I lifted her head up so her gaze would meet mine. "Hey, don't say such things, you didn't overreact one bit,  the same thing happened to me before, it's not your fault, really," I cooed. She still kept her head down.

"Now... baby, I want you to answer me truthfully," I started as she nodded, still looking down. "do you have a problem with eating?" I asked carefully as I saw her fighting her tears back.

well this isn't short lmao
