Chapter 1

{PRESENT TIME}

Everyone was at the apartment cleaning up as much as they could, mainly because they were all nervous. Haneul had announced a competition to find more people to join them. The people who got into the top 3 were to join them.

And today they are going to be meeting the three winners, and this all will affect how the team functions, because if people couldn't get along then it could ruin the energy of the existing team they have.

"Okay, everything is looking good..." Changbin said tiredly, Haneul had them come in around 5 am to start cleaning up the studio, it was tiring for them but they knew it was important to him as the Channel no longer was just a Channel but a business that is being formed, as they get more famous they get offers to work with actual artists and things as they are going now are important to Haneul.

"Yeah it looks good, Food we need food, on their application forms it showed they are quite young they probably would like to eat right," Haneul said suddenly as he moved towards the kitchen.

The boys all looked at him as if he had just lost it, he was nervous that was clear and that was definitely one thing you don't let Haneul do when he was nervous, you don't let him into the kitchen as he will make too much food to eat and everything would go bad before anyone could actually eat it.

"Neul we will order something after we meet them, you don't know if they are allergic to anything so let's wait okay?" Chan said as he dragged him to the sofa.

"Fine... what do we do until 2 pm? I mean I am going to go nuts before that time comes so let's do something.

"Well... how about we work on planning this week's schedule so far hyung, whether those three join us or not it is important that we have everything planned out" Minho said as he was clinging to Felix.

Haneul nodded and got up and went over to the whiteboard they had hanging on the wall where a TV probably should be but Haneul didn't have one, he took the whiteboard marker to write up the weeks schedule,

"Okay we have an appointment with the real estate agent for apartment hunting, Chan and Changbin will be coming with me for that" Haneul said and wrote it down.

"I have to finish editing out videos, we have, and look into the paperwork we got from record labels," Chan said and Haneul nodded and wrote it down.

"Felix, Hyunjin and I are going to do a cover in public for a charity event," Minho said and Haneul wrote it down.

Before they could say anymore Haneul's phone rang and he had to excuse himself, he handed Chan the marker and went to his room to take it, the boys continued organizing their schedule from practice sessions to even writing down when they wouldn't be available because of dates.

There were two couples among the group now, Minlix which was Minho and Felix and then finally official HyunChan which was Chan and Hyunjin, and then of course outside the group there was Haneul and Kyunghoon.

Eventually, 2 pm came and the boys were nervously waiting for the three winners to show up, they jumped up at every small noise that was made to go look if to see if it was them.

When there was finally a knock on the door Changbin rushed to the door before anyone else could and opened it, revealing the three winners with pizza boxes in hand.

"Come on in," Changbing said as he moved out of the way for them to come in. the three boys came in took their shoes off and quietly follow Changbin to the living room.

There they were greeted by the rest of the team, the youngest of them all was the first to speak up.

"I am sorry that we are late, we didn't want to come empty-handed so we brought pizza but it took longer than we expected," he said before he could say anything Hyunjin's stomach growled and everyone started laughing.

Chan got up and walked over to them. "That's okay all is forgiven you brought food for us so it's fine," he said happily and continued to the kitchen to get drinks.

"Come sit down and we can get to know each other while eating," Haneul said and the three boys walked over to them, placing the pizza on the coffee table and taking a seat.

Chan returned and their little gathering started, the boys each introduced themselves, the person who got first place was Han Jisung, he showed originality by sending in his own song that he wrote, in second and third place was a duo that sent in their video together and that was Seungmin and Jeongin, as they only had space for three and with how much love their cover got they couldn't send them away so they got both filling all three spaces.

"So do you guys know each other or?" Felix asked curiously.

"Jeongin and Seungmin have been friends for a long time, and I met them once you announced the winners, so we could get to know each other before coming here so it was a little less awkward," Jisung said.

Felix nodded in understanding luckily it wasn't awkward at all and everyone seemed to get along well.

"At the moment our studio is here but as you can see it's a bit small, our dance team usually films at a dance school Minho use to teach at and our production and rap team have their own studio, which for now will be shared by the vocal team which I am also apart of but I am not as active right now as I am trying to sort out somethings" Haneul explained and the others nodded in understanding.

"Haneul hyung and I will be looking for a bigger place this week so we won't be around too much this week, in general, we have specific days we film and other, we have a group chat where we arrange things like that" Changbin explained to them.

The boys understood, and the others started talking about how things work for them and how to go about things, Chan gave them a warning to not mind the extra room as it was part of Haneul's personal space.

After a few more rules and tips the three boys left as it was already really late.

"You guys staying over again tonight?" Haneul asked and everyone yelled yeah in unison, Haneul Laughed at the reaction.

In the end, they ordered out for dinner and then took turns to wash up before going to sleep.
