You wake up very early, specifically at 7:20 am, on a Sunday. You pull off the (F/C) (favorite color) blanket that you had been wrapped in all night as you go to your bathroom to get ready for the day, after you had gotten all dressed you go to the kitchen and look at the calendar that hung on the door of your refrigerator, today was December 3rd, the anniversary of you and your wonderful girlfriend, Shinobu Kawajiri. You smile and knew that Shinobu doesn't wake up until at least 12 pm or 2 pm, if she's really tired, on the weekends. So you decided to go out and get some things to surprise her with and to celebrate today. 

You walk to the front door and put on your coat as it was a little chilly outside, grab your car keys and begin to head out. After getting into your car you go to the local supermarket and begin to look for flowers and some stuff to make brunch, and you were even trying to find a little stuffed animal for your girlfriend, you didn't see anything that you really wanted to give her, but that was until you caught a glimpse of a little stuffed grey cat with a cute little pink bow wrapped around its neck. Once you were satisfied with everything you had you went to the counter to pay and then head back home. Before you got into your car you noticed the pet store across the street and thought for a little bit. 'Shinobu has always talked about wanting to get a kitten' you thought as you put everything away in your car and make the short trip over to the pet store. When you walk in You go over to look at all the different Cats and kittens, you wanted to buy them all but you knew you couldn't, you sigh softly and continued to look until you saw a little grey cat, similar to the little plush you picked out, you smile as you made the decision to buy the little kitty and bring him home along with some cat stuff you knew that you would need. once you made your way back home you would start on making the food you had in mind, it didn't take long to prepare and the whole house was starting to smell really good.

 After you had made brunch for your wonderful girlfriend you grabbed the flowers and the plate of food and began to head up towards your shared bedroom. You sneak your way in quietly and open the curtains up which caused Shinobu to stir a little bit and slowly begin to wake up, once her eyes adjusted to the light she saw you holding a plate of yummy food and she also saw you holding a bouquet of flowers, which consisted of red and white roses. She smiles and sits up. "What's all this for?" she asks as she takes the plate from you and begins eating. "It's our anniversary today, so I decided to do something nice for you since you do so much when I'm gone at work." You stated as you place a loving kiss on her forehead, sitting beside you as she gasps softly. "I forgot our anniversary was today! I'm so sorry (Y/N)! I didn't get you anything...." Shinobu said as she looked down a little disappointed in herself since she had forgotten which only causes you to smile and tilt her head upwards to face you, you give her a soft loving kiss on her lips as you then pull her into a warm hug. "It's all right hun, being with you is all I'd ever want." You pull away after a little while and then begin to remember the little kitten you bought today and told your girlfriend to stay put, that you had another little surprise for her.

 You leave the room and go downstairs, grabbing the kitten out of the little crate he was kept in and brought him upstairs. "Close your eyes." you said as you walked into the room, holding the kitten in a little blanket in an attempt to hide the little fluff bundle, she does as you told her and closes her eyes. After she had done that you climb onto the bed and tell her to open her eyes as you show her the kitten. She gasps as a smile forms on her face and she takes the kitten from you. "oh my gosh... (Y/N), thank you, this is the best present ever!" she said as she gives you a hug and showers you in kisses. You laugh a little and let her continue to shower you with kisses until she stopped, now it was your turn, you grab her and shower her with a whole bunch of kisses just as she had done to you Until you both share a loving kiss. Shinobu was the first to pull away from the kiss as she cuddles with the kitten, you joining in the cuddling shortly after as the little cat would purr and snuggle into your girlfriend's chest falling asleep after a few seconds, you and your wonderful loving girlfriend joining the little fluff bundle only a short couple seconds after he had fallen asleep.
