Powers and Abilities
As an Utrom, he seem defenseless but he is actually powerful enough two take down the 1987 version of Saki & Krang and suffocate Raph's face, he is also extremely intelligence. He also have 1500 years of martial arts combats which includes the forbidden Sato Oshi strike.
With with many of his Exo-suits, he get higher level of strength, speed, and durability. Some are equipped with bladed weapons. His signature weapon is the Sword of Tengu, forge from Utrom technology.

Biography    
Many years ago, Ch'rell was once shy and timid Utrom who was Kraang's assistant and deeply admired Queen as he help created the first mutant with the newly discovered mutagen. Kraang then experiment the mutagen on his partner with change him both physically and mentally, become red and have thirst of blood and destruction as he become a dangerous intergalactic and interdimensional criminal. He wasn't interested in helping either the Utroms or the Kraang as both sides consider him to dangerous to join. He was finally caught by a group of Utroms led by his rival Mortu, he escape and made the ship crash land on Earth in ancient Japan of the 6th Century. He was save and was cared for by Koga Takuza which is the only time someone shown him kindness, in return he joined the Foot as he learn many things and took the identity of Tetsu-Oni. He have been with Foot for millenniums but he also fight his adopted country, he developed a huge hatred for America after the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and joined the Battle Nexus tournament as champion many times. In 1964, Ch'rell witness the fall of the Foot but learn that Oroku Keiji's son Saki survive but now taken by Hamato Yuuta, he use the identity of Yukio Nagi to watch over the boy in hope to tell him the truth. He befriended Saki since his young adult years until in 1996 which he witness many things like strange kappas were are different, he told Saki about his true heritage which he later restarted the Foot and witness the Fall of the Hamato Clan. When Saki return from the fire with Hamato Kiwa, he want to destroy her but saw he have an attachment which he believe it could endangered him. He remain quiet as he take care of business of his company until Khan inform him about Triceratons and Karai leading the Foot which he believes it might ruin his plans, so he made a backup Foot for Saki. Ch'rell learn that Saki was slain by the Turtles then resurrected as a tool for a demon, he had enough as he and his Foot decided to head to New York to avenge The Foot's leader as he took the mantle of The Shredder.

● Ch'rell was a 2003 character I imported to the 2012 series.

● Ch'rell was the the first being to be exposed by the mutagen but the he's the 2nd experiment of the mutagen.

● Ch'rell arrived in the 6th Century via crash landed mirror his 2003 counterpart, except that the 2003 one came to Earth during 12 century.

● Ch'rell's current human alias Yukio Naga is a combination of two rivals of Hamato Yoshi in their respective series, Yukio Mashimi from the animated 2003 series and Oroku Nagi from Mirage comic who both have romantic love for their Tang Shen.
     ○ His current human alias appearance is still that of 2003 Oroku Saki

● Ch'rell love for Queen and rivalry with Mortu mirror the triangle relationship of Oroku Saki, Tang Shen, and Hamato Yoshi.

● Ch'rell witness the event of The 2012 episode "Tale of the Yokai" which includes return of the Foot, the fall of the Hamato Clan, and the death of Tang Shen which he enjoyed, he also saw but not interact with the Turtles.

● Ch'rell alias as Tetsu-Oni, a name used by IDW Krang in Feudal Japan which mean the "Iron Demon"
     ○ Ch'rell's Tetsu-Oni suit is based on the armorless Exo-Suit Shredder from the 2003 episode two-parter "The Exodus".

● Ch'rell's many Shredder armors are based on many of his 2003 design, with the addition of his Sacks Industry (SI) armor which is based on the 2014 design.

● Ch'rell's main weapon is the Sword of Tengu which is referred to the 2003 series and also the 2007 video game Smash Up as his ultimate move.

● Ch'rell knowing the Sato Oshi strike is a reference of Oroku Saki's Shredder from Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles knowing that move.

● Due to being with Foot and befriended their leaders, he have a huge hatred of the Hamato Clan so much that he laughed at Tang Shen death and would like to kill Karai as a baby.

● Ch'rell adopting Erik Sacks is a combination of his 2003 character and the 2014 Oroku Saki.

● Ch'rell taking the mantle of the Shredder is also from his 2003 counterpart but he only use Shredder, not the name of Oroku Saki like his 2003 characters.

● Ch'rell's Foot used the symbol from the 2003 Foot Clan symbol, a three-toed dragon foot.

● Ch'rell have his business is a reference to his 2003 characters but later gave it to Erik Sacks as Sacks Industries.

● Ch'rell have three main goals.
     ○ Destroy the Hamato Clan to avenge Saki and hope to bring him back from life properly.
     ○ Cause WWIII in hope to avenge the death many Japanese people from the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki via do it to America which he deeply hate.
     ○ Make Queen his mate.
