CHAPTER 3

The rains were coming down furiously, I watch helplessly as the three boys, (Daniel, Teddy and Ben), wrapped Kelly James, who I guessed was now dead in a white sheet. The sheet became crimson red instantly because of all the blood. I watched them as they carried Kelly James to the back yard. They dumped her body on the ground as if she was a piece of trash no one wanted. I was so sad and angry; they were doing the same thing they had done to me to her. Did those boys know how heart wrenching it was to die and watch your own body been thrown away as if it was worthless and unloved? Did they for a moment stop to think what Kelly's mother would go through if her daughter didn't turn up home and she never knew what happened to the child she carried and raised.

At least my mom knew what happened to me, but Kelly's mom wouldn't. I wanted to do something, anything to stop these murderers but what.

"We need a shovel to dig the hole." Ben announced. Teddy and Daniel nodded in agreement; they went off towards the toolshed to find a shovel. I floated towards Kelly's body.

"I'm sorry I didn't want this to happen." I pleaded with the lifeless body.

"Hello Alice, so this is how your world looks like." Kelly spoke from behind me.

I turned around startled, Kelly was wearing the same clothes she had on before she died, jeans and a tank top: it was filled with blood stains. She looked horrible than I did, I still had the same clothes I died in on, but they weren't blood stained and I dint have any cuts or bruises on me. Kelly on the other hand did, her neck was twisted slightly to the left and her eye which was green was now blood shot. In summary I swear she looked like "bloody Mary"

"Kelly....." I began but I didn't know what else to say.

"You look better than me." She accused.

"I'm sorry didn't mean for all this to happen." I said sadly.

"Hmm it was going to happen sooner or later, or so I'm told." Kelly said dismissively and went to stand by her body.

"Oh you spoke to Castiel." I said with a smile, maybe Castiel had given her a vial of essence too. Cool, now even if I left she could continue with my vendetta.

"No." Castiel answered.

"Who's Castiel?" Kelly asked me not taking her eyes from her body.

"What." I asked confused.

"I didn't speak to her." Castiel answered.

"Oh so she spoke to another soul collector." I asked.

"Who are you talking to?" Kelly came closer and asked.

"Castiel.... You know the soul collector." I said.

"Er I don't know what you mean by that." Kelly said confused.

I too became confused. "They are the ones that come for you when you die and present you with choices, you know the glowing guys that look like angels." I explained.

"What." Kelly said more confused than ever.

The three boys were back and had started digging the hole they would later bury Kelly in.

"Yours was a woman?" I asked thinking maybe she met a woman instead of a guy like Castiel.

"Okay stop." Kelly said holding up one hand. "I don't know anything about glowing or angels."

"Oh_____ Of course I'm so stupid." I said realizing my own mistake. "I mean it took them three years to come get me so that's why they haven't come for you yet. You know you're lucky I was stuck between heaven and earth for three whole years!"
