Rodney and Cassandra

Part 11.

"Did you find him?" Grandad asks when he hears the door open. Del and Rodney both come through the door while Rodney is happily holding his Dummy. "Oh Rodney!" Grandad puts on a big smile, happy to see his Rodney back! "Grandad I don't know what I'd done if I hadn't found him by today!" Del sighs in exhaustion before sitting on the table. "Hi grandad! We've got to stich my dummy up!" Rodney tells grandad. "My teeth get CPR whenever they go a bit dead too!" Even though Rodney doesn't even know what CPR actually means, he thinks it means give them chocolate. "Yummy!" "Grandad you wally, he doesn't even know what CPR means! "Faster you get your pjs on the more stories!!" Del tries to set an exciting mood. Rodney races to bed ready for the next day to arrive! He puts on his Dan dare pjs on and chooses out his two favourite books ready for Del to read him.

Thankfully Del isn't down the market today so Rodney is very happy to hear Del's funny voices! He hops into bed before Del comes into the room, tucking his pillow up. "I got you some special biscuits for being extra brave today!"

A few minutes into the first story, poor Rodney had ate all of his cookies and fallen asleep, peacefully. Del finishes the story early and plants a kiss on his forehead of thin blonde locks, which is very unusual for soft Del to come out! He lays with Rodney for a moment before thinking himself what he'd do if he had lost Rodney today as well as there Mum before turning the light out....
