After having dinner with his two favorite people Draco asks Harry if he can talk to him. Harry of course says yes and asks him to wait a second while he gets Hermione to watch Teddy real quick.
When Harry gets back Draco and him go back into Harry's room. Draco was nervous because he was going to bring up the fact that they are mates up to Harry. He doesn't know how to bring it up or how to even say it. He doesn't want to be rejected because he doesn't want to lose Harry or Teddy. He has grown attached to them.
Finally he gets the guts to just shout in a moment of silence as they talked.
"HarryIamaveelaandyouaremymate" Draco says to quickly. Harry looks confused for a second and then asks him to repeat what he said.
Draco takes a deep breath. He takes a minute to collect himself because he can't get out of this now.
"Harry. I am a veela. More specifically a submissive veela. And every veela has a mate. The pair is submissive and dominant. I have a dominant mate and that mate is you" Draco finally says. He waits nervously for Harry's reaction.
It takes Harry a minute but after awhile he answers Draco.
"Wow. Can't say I was expecting that today. I'm your mate. Um I don't know if that was a confession as you like me but I like you too. I have for a while now and although this is a pretty big thing I think I'm willing to try this all out" Harry confesses and explains to Draco.
To say Draco's nerves were calmed now was an understatement. He has never felt more relaxed and happy then he has now. His mate just accepted him as a whole. Draco couldn't be happier. He's about to say something but before he even has time to get a word out Harry is kissing him.
Harry smirks into the kiss as Draco lets him take control completely. Draco's hands are in his hair and Harry's are on his waist.
After a minute or two they let go of each other to breathe. Draco rests his head on Harry's shoulder and moves down to rest it on his chest. They stay like that for a minute. Almost completely still and Draco focuses on Harry's heartbeat. He starts to drift to sleep and the last thing he feels is Harry hugging him.

When Draco wakes up he is on an unfamiliar bed and cuddling a hard chest. He looks up and sees Harry. He wonders how they got to bed and then he remembers that they didn't have Teddy.
He shakes Harry awake and quickly asks where Teddy.
Harry wakes with a start. Draco is shaking him and keeps asking him where Teddy is. After he collects his thoughts he sits up and laughs at Draco. He explains that after Draco fell asleep he went and picked Teddy up from Hermione's and brought him back to the dorm.
After a moment of silence Draco looks at Harry and starts to laugh with.
"Yeah yeah. Look how about we wake Teddy up and head down to breakfast" Draco says after he stops laughing and Harry is still chuckling.
Harry nods and starts to get Teddy ready while Draco gets ready. After Draco is done he goes to Teddy's room and takes over while Harry starts to get ready. When everyone is done they head to the Great Hall to start another day.
