9 year old Ingrid was now dressed up in a little sailor hat, sailor dress, white socks, and black tap shoes as she was backstage at her school's talent show getting ready to go on stage to sing anything goes by an American Entertainer who went by the name of Ethel Merman. as she went up she decided to take a deep breathe until the music started

"In alten Zeiten wurde hervorblitzender Strumpf
als etwas Schockierendes empfunden,
heute weiß der Himmel:
Alles ist möglich!"

as Ingrid sang those notes, she gave her mother a reassuring grin knowing that her eyes were on her.

after moving around a bit for most parts in the song, Ingrid did her little tap dance routine and danced like there was no tomorrow as she even smiled the whole way through.

as Ingrid sang the final notes, she decided to break into the splits to wow Everyone as they applauded her.

*time skip*
as Ingrid was walking home with her parents, they both gave her a hug and flowers as well as a congratulations gift.
"oh Ingrid, ve're so proud of you!" Nina said as she gave Ingrid a hug.

"yes! Zhat vas perfectly Marvelous!" Hector said as he carried Ingrid on his shoulders as Ingrid giggled.

"Oh, Thank you so much!" Ingrid said as she was still on her father's shoulders as she and her parents laughed the entire way home.
