Chapter 4: fixing things & little secrets

14 year old Ingrid was now at her father's workplace because it was take your daughter to work day he would show her around his workplace and what he does.

"so vhat do you think Ingrid?" Hector asked his 14 year old daughter once she saw his office.

"Oh my, Thiz iz truly Marvelous!" Ingrid said as she looked at the different things around his office as she was fascinated by the objects in his work place.

"Ingrid, since I was impressed by how you fixed up that old synthesizer yesterday, I was wondering if you want to try and fix my computer?" Hector asked curiously.

"Vhy of course Papa!" Ingrid said cheerfully as she went to her father's computer and started to work her own magic.

as Everyone was at Ingrid's piano recital celebration. Ingrid went to the table for refreshments until someone grabbed her hand as it was her Dad's Co-worker and friend Elias Cunningham.

"Vhy Elias how are you?" Ingrid said as she smiled nervously at him.

"I'm good Ingrid, can you come upstairs with me?" Elias said as he grabbed her hand so she can go upstairs with him.

as she went upstairs with him, she noticed that he locked the door as her back was turned.

"Mr. Cunningham Vhy did you lock the door?" Ingrid said as she was now in distress.

"Well you see my Minx, since you are extremely talented and beautiful I thought I would give you a reward." Elias said as he looked at her like she was a mouse and he was a cat.

as Ingrid was at the dinner table she poked at her food for a bit until she ate her dinner before heading off to bed. as she was in bed, she was tossing and turning and decided that she would tell the truth to her parents tomorrow.
