Chapter 4: The Last Dance

                                                                                   Season 2 Episode  18

For the past few weeks, nobody will tell me anything about Klaus. I know that I said I wasn't going to help them but when Klaus comes back to town I need to know how to protect him... Even if he doesn't want me protecting him...I love him. Damon is the only one who isn't angry that I'm not helping kill Klaus, Damon is the only one who does know that I am married to the man. Elijah has been keeping his mouth shut about who I am to the family but of course, big brother and his best friend had to dagger him. It was for the best though. Elijah and Klaus don't get along. Neither do Elijah and me. Bye Diary.

"Why can't I enter my house?" I yelled out.

"Oh, yeah we had Elena sign over the house...It's her's now." Stefan says.

"You have got to be kidding me?" I asked.

"Nope," Stefan says.

"Get her here right now to let me in," I say.

"Come in Alex," Elena says.

"Don't ever address me again," I say as I walk in the house towards Damon to get a Bourban.

"Hey, your here. I need you to be and Alex down has chaperons, Klaus made his move." Damon says.

"And I told you, people, I'm not helping," I say.

"Don't think of it has helping baby sis, think of it has spending time with your big bro so he doesn't get bored," Damon says.

"You people are crazy," I say as I make my way to leave bumping into Alaric and I froze.

"You okay baby sis?" Damon asks.

I look at Alaric then back at Damon. Yeah, I answer as I make my way out of the house and make my way to Alaric's place. 

When I get to Alaric's place there is Katerina on a chair stabbing herself in the leg.

"What the hell do you think you are doing?" I ask Katherine as I make my way into the apartment.

"Alex," Katherine says.

"Hello Katherine you and I need to have a little chat," I say.

"What do you want?" Katherine asks.

"What do you know?" I ask her

"I don't know what you are talking about," Katherine says.

"I'm back," Alaric says.

"Klaus, I say to Alaric's body.

"Good job you figured it out," Klaus says

"Why didn't' you tell me that you were coming?" I ask.

"I wanted to give you a surprise," Klaus says.

"I missed you," I say to Klaus while hugging Alaric's body.

"Me too beautiful," Klaus says.

"You know him?" Katherine asks.

"Of course I do," I say.

"How?" Katherine asks.

"None of your business. Look Nik I have to go home now for the dance but I will talk to you tomorrow okay?" I ask.

"See you tomorrow, love. Nik says.

Bye. I say.

After I leave Alaric's place I head back to the house and I see Damon and Stefan having some bourbon and Elena there.

"Why does she always have to be here?" I ask Damon.

"Go get dressed," Damon says.

"Ugh." I groan.

I go upstairs getting dressed then coming back downstairs and Damon is there waiting for me by the door.

"You finally done?" Damon asks.

"Yeah let's go to this dance," I say before walking towards his car.

"How are you?" Damon asks in the car.

"I'm find D promise. I say.

"Okay," Damon says before being quite for the rest of the ride.

"We are going to Ric we will be back," Damon says.

"Hey, Ric," I say.

"Alex," Alaric says as Damon walks away.

"Nik, what is going to happen tonight?" I ask.

"Go home Alexandria, go home and come over to Alaric's around noon or whatever," Klaus says.

"Bye," I say before vampire running home and going to my room while I take a shower and jump in bed and go to sleep.
