"okay sev, his house is right up here," amalie pulled her phone out to double check the address jack had texted her. "it's 5973, oh it's this one right here," amalie pointed out the house. sevyn parked the car along the side of the road and turned to her best friend. "are you ready ames?" milly chewed on her lip nervously, "i think so. but do you think he'll still like me in person?" sevyn rolled her eyes, "of course he will. and if he doesn't, he's an asshole who doesn't deserve you."
the two girls hopped out of the car and walked over to the house. they rang the doorbell and waited for a moment. the door opened, revealing an excited looking noah. "hey guys!" the girls both hugged noah and he invited them inside. noah led them down the stairs into the basement where finn, jack, and jaeden were all sat on the couch. "who was at the door?" jaeden called over the noise of the video games on the tv. amalie walked over to him and tapped his shoulder, distracting him from his game.
he turned, and his jaw dropped. "lee? you're here?" milly smiled and nodded, "i am." jaeden could only stare at her, in complete shock. milly laughed, tears of joy pooling in her eyes, she pulled jaeden into a tight hug. the two held on for ages. they suddenly broke apart when the doorbell sounded. jaeden shot up, "i'll get it," he blurted. not wanting to be away from him, amalie followed the boy's quick steps. by the time she reached the door, jaeden was inviting two girls inside. milly stopped in her tracks. she stood and stared, shell shocked at who was standing in front of her.
"no way," she breathed, tears falling down her face. the two girls opposite her were crying as well. ryli ran over to amalie and wrapped her in a hug. they fell to the floor crying and hugging. a moment later bambi joined as well. sevyn soon arrived, wondering what all the noise was. she fell to the floor as well, a fourth pair of arms in the tearful hug. "i can't believe you guys are here," milly managed to say through her tears.
she stood up and looked at jaeden, "i'm assuming you did this?" jaeden smiled bashfully and nodded. she ran to him and crushed him another hug. "thank you so much jae, this is unbelievably sweet of you." he smiled into her shoulder, "well you did tell me how badly you wanted to see them so i thought i'd make it happen." milly pulled away from the hug slightly and kissed jaeden's cheek. "this is the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me."
