Chapter 2
As the ran up the ancient creaky stairs a sense of fear came over them. But when they made it, the fear left them. It was a normal room. After 5 minutes Maddy sat on a chair. It was old, made of some kind of dark wood. It was also cobweb ridden. Maddy was too tired to care.Dance tournaments are kinda hardcore you know. She sat down proclaiming
"Lily, I'm bored. It is totally ovo* that there is nothing whatsoever of interest to us in here, just a load of old junk. I mean I bet the stuff is from 1970-that's ancient right. You are meant to be the sane, well and smart, one here. I'm meant to be the dimwit!"(*In Maddy's world, ovo means obvious) Lily responded with
"You got your dates really wrong here, sister" She paused for a mere second to brush a load of cobwebs from her hair with a hostile grunt, she was about to continue when she was interrupted rudely by Maddy shouting
"Ooooooooooooowwwwwwwww!"In obvious pain and Lily assumed she had sat on something really hard. Muttering a hostile comment ,Maddy pulled a large metal object from beneath her.
"What is it?" exclaimed Lily but Maddy was in too much pain to answer. In fact it was a key. A ancient, mystic key. Unbeknown to them this was when their troubles really escalated. From bad to worse.A lot worse.
