Chapter 9 ~ joy killer

Ashley's POV
It was 10:20 am,now on our second day of relaxation (out of a week) before our next concert.
We were all getting ready to got to the pool because today was actually really hot,and I was dying because of it.
"It's really hot right now.." I said fanning myself.
"So what are we waiting for?" Jinxx asked.
I looked at everyone else,I could tell they we're all trying too hard not laugh.
"Dude,Ashley,we've been ready for 3 minutes and you've just been sitting there staring at the floor!" Jake laughed.

"And no one thought to snap me out of it?" I asked now laughing.

"I actually though it was funny..." Bri said.
"Well I'm hot let's go!" I said going in front everyone and running out to the pool.
I did a cannonball into the pool and ended up making a big splash.
"Woohoo!" Jake yelled as he jumped in after me.
"You guys are animals!" Bri stood there soaked and laughing.
"We try!" I joked.
Sophie and Ell was the civilized ones that used the stairs to get into the pool.
Jinxx dove into the pool.
Bri was just dipping her legs in the pool.
"You don't wanna come in pool?" CC asked.
It seemed like she remembered yesterday's plan,she simply pretended not to hear anything.

Oh. My. God. This is going to drive CC insane.

Haha.

Andy's POV
I was sitting in an inflatable chair in the pool,and i was at the far side.
Just thinking,planing.

For what?

I don't know.

Haha.

I noticed Bat Girl wasn't in the pool,only her feet.

Well,it's time to change that.

Muhuhahahahaha.

I got off the chair and went under the water.

The water kind of stung my eyes a bit but I didn't mind.

I was almost 100% sure she couldn't see me.

As I got close enough to her,I pulled her down into the water.

She instantly got back up to the surface,I followed her up.

"Andy!" She scolded me.
"What?" I chuckled.
"Now I'm cold!" She whined.
"Go back down and you won't be." I told her.
"I hate you." She said.
"No you don't." I corrected her.
"Yeah,maybe....okay no." She laughed.
"Exactly." I said kissing the top of her head.

Brionna's POV
I could die right now and I'll die happy.

*phone rings*
"That's mine." I said swimming out to the edge of the pool to see how was calling.
the name 'mother' was showing across the screen.

"Oh no..." I said.

"What is it egg?" Ell asked.
"It's....my mother..." I told her.
With that everyone got out of the pool running over to me.
"do. Not. Answer it." Ell told me.
"But she'll just keep calling."
All of a sudden,my phone stopped ringing,her name disappeared.
In place of it was a text,from my dad.
'Where are you??'
Seeing how it was my dad I knew I had to be careful in telling him everything,but I knew I could let him know.

I texted him back:
'Im ok dad,I'm safe,please don't tell mom,you know how she can be'

He answered Back:
'At least let me know were you are'

'Im.....at the hotel...'

'What are you doing there and with who??'

'I just didn't want to go back home...and im with Ell,Soph......Andy,Ashley,Jinxx,CC and jake'

'Who?'
'The guys on my wall dad!😭🙌'

'How? Why?'

'After the concert on Friday,I got to meet them...and now we're all here...'

'If your mother finds out you "ran away" (not really because I know where you are) but if she finds out it's not gonna be pretty'

'I know please don't tell her'

'Well what about me? What about your DAD huh? I miss you😭😭'

'😄😭🙌I miss you too dad,but I'm just happy right now,I'm happy I'm living with my best friends and favorite band!"

'Well what about when they leave to a different state/country?? You're not going with them.'

'Dad. Please. I mean please. Like pleaseeeeeee,can I go'

'No,you're too young and your mother won't allow it and neither do I.'

I got a call from my dad then.

"H-hello?"
"You know what it's best if come home now."
"What?! Why?!"
"Because your too young to be somewhere with 5 GROWN men."
"But they're 90s and 80s kids dad."
"I don't care"
"And then you wonder why I don't want to go home?"
"You're not going. That's that. And I'm going to pick the THREE of you up and taking the TWO of them
BACK home as soon as I can."
"Dad! No! Please!"
"Done even try." He said before hanging up.

Sophie's POV
I could tell something was really wrong.
"What happened." I asked.
Bri didn't say anything,she just stared at the ground.
"Bri?" Ell asked.
Still nothing.
"Brionna? CC asked.
Not one movement,not one word.
All of a sudden she bursted out in tears.
"What happened?" Andy asked hugging her.
"M-my dad he's gonna come to take us back.." She cried.
"wh-what?" I asked.
"Yo-you're joking right?!" Ashley asked her.
"Ash,she would never joke about that." Ell told him.
"Brionna tell me your kidding.." Andy told her i could hear he was upset.
"I'm not..." She said.
"Yeah well," jinxxed stated.
"If someone wants to destroy my sisters' happiness" I could tell he was talking about Bri.
"They've gotta go through me."
"They've gotta kill me first." Andy stated bravely.

See? That's the type of relationship that's golden.

Jake's POV
there's no way In a million years I'm gonna let someone steal my Sisters' happiness.
No soph's.
Not Elly's.
Not Bri's.
"Well you know what," I said.
"Let's make like nothing happened,because NOTHING happened."

Everyone nodded,drying their eyes.

For the rest of the day we all just watched Disney movies.
Despite what I had said,everyone including me cried throughout movies and between loading screens.
