Chapter 10 ~ Erasing The Pain

Jinxx's POV

It was now day three (out of a week) of our relaxation before our concert.

The plans we made the ideas we brought up all went to shit.

The girls breaking into a chain of crying every couple hours.
Jake was not happy about seeing them that way.
It was clear Brionna was taking it bad.
Ever since yesterday afternoon,she didn't talk to anyone,wouldn't answer anyone's pleads to show signs of life. She stayed in her room and we only saw her for just a split second everytime one of us would go in to try and cheer her up.
It was Andy's turn to see if he could get her talking again.
I decided that I'd listen in.
I presses my ear up to the door.
"Brionna,please don't act like this it's killing all of us.." I heard Andy's voice say.
"At least say something? Anything? It feels like you've gone deef.." He admitted.

And like prayers heard by a higher power,Bri spoke.
"Something." I heard her say with a giggle.
Suddenly the door opened and I fell over.
"Jinxx! You were eavesdropping?!" I heard Bri ask surprised.

"Nooooooooooooooo....." I tried to play it cool.
"Mhm." Andy said knowing I was.
"Alright ya' got me." I admitted.
"For fucks sake," Jake said helping me up.
"Brionna has finally started talking again,and all you can do is try horribly to make them believe you weren't eavesdropping when you were??"

"Hush Jacob, so were you!" I reminded him.

Oops.
Uh huh.
He's gonna kill me now.
He hates when I call him by his real name.

"Jeremy?".
"Yeah?"

Without another word said, Jake tackled me to the ground.

"Well this doesn't seem weird." Ashley laughed.
"You Purdy minded little...." I heard Brionna trail off.
"SHE DID IT AGAIN SHE SAID SOMETHING AGAIN!!" Andy pointed out happy that she was starting to be herself again.
Ell,Soph,Ashley and Andy all hugged her,while Jake got up off me to hug her too.

I unfortunately was the late one to join the hug.

Eleanor's POV
"guys.....can't........breathe!"
Bri could barley talk because of how tightly we were hugging her.
"Sorry!" We all said at the sametime.

Which was both weird and funny.

"Do you feel Better now Bri?"
Christian asked her.

Same as yesterday, she pretended not to hear anything.

I feel kind of bad for him because this game could literally go on forever.

Haha...

"Really? Why do you guys act like you don't hear me???"

He asked again.

"Um did you hear that?" Ash turned to Jinxx.
"Hear what? It must of been the wind." He reassured Ashley.
"Yeah I think you're right." He said.

Christian's POV
Ashley and Jinxx too?

Really?

What the hell is going on.

Something is up and I'm gonna find out somehow.

I decided to try my theory out on Andy.

"Hey Andy, how have you been holding up since yesterday?" I asked him.

He swatted his hand next to his ear as if a fly had just gone by..... But it didn't...

"Stupid fly!" Andy played it cool.

Ughhhhhhhhhh.

Really.

Is this what his plan to "murder" me was?? To have everyone ignore me??
