(Eve's POV)
We arrived at a very big place near my home, it was clear, the walls were clear, like a crystal. when I asked Kirito what they were, he said they were crystal windows, everything inside was red, white, and crystal except the big tree in the middle of the room. I gazed at it in awe. I looked around at everyone in the room, and they weird face expressions when looking at me. But there was one man who kept staring at me, talking to miss Asuna and Kirito. I heard music that sounded...familiar, but I don't remember where exactly, but..its familiar. Familiar enough that my body started moving to it. The people were giving me a weird look, but I felt Kirito take my hand, and his hand held my waist. "K-Kirito?" I asked, a bit startled. "Its okay, we're dancing. Its called a waltz. Two people hold each other and move at the same time. Watch" He took a step to the side, and I followed, and he stepped back the next move, and I repeated my actions, over and over we 'waltzed' around the room. I smiled, hugging him, and I saw Kirito's cheeks have a pink color. "Something wrong Kirito?" I asked. "N-no, nothing, nothing at all." Was all that he said. Oh well, probably something funny.
(Asuna's POV)
I felt my heart sink slowly seeing Kirito dancing with Eve. 'Does....does he like her?" I shook my head. "No, of course not, they're just friends...." I saw Kirito blush as Eve hugged him, and I looked down until I felt a tap on my shoulder and saw Heathcliff. "C-Commander Heathcliff!" I stuttered.
"W-who is that young lady?" Heathcliff asked. "Hmm, oh Evangeline" I smiled. "We found her on the forest level." I heard a loud clash of metal, and turned around, and saw Eve picking up a pot and examining it. "D-did she live with someone?"
"No, we found her alone while looking for an item." The male looked at her closely before instructing me to ask Kirito to bring her to us. "Who is this fellow man?" Eve asked. "This is Commander Heatchcliff." He stepped closer and looked at her closely. his actions caused Eve to hide behind me. "Eve, do you know Commander Heathcliff?" I asked her, and she shook her head. Heathcliff looked a bit upset, but got over it.
The party went on, and it went very well, though I don't think Eve has ever had a Christmas. It was cute, we sang Christmas carols and we had to teach her the words to the songs, and she looked so happy. "Asuna, wanna walk with us?" Eve asked. "You guys can stay the night in my humble abode."
I laughed. "I'm sorry, but I reserved the room at the hotel I'm staying at for a month, if I miss a day, I have to pay extra. But I will walk with you and Kirito."
The blonde grinned and took my hand she took Kirito's as well as we walked to her home and talked. The only thing on my mind was if Kirito liked her?
I've been with him longer, so this small crush won't last for long right?
