How to pretend to rob a bank 101

Days had passed and Christine had made her choice. She would agree to Mr Hyde's ridiculous request. She had already gone to his office and even signed a small binding contract, much to her dismay. Sighing and sighing she wished that he wouldn't make her do something like that, but, of course, he did.

Now, she was out in the cold, the breeze blowing on her masked face. With shivering fingers, she inserted the coordinates on her bracelet-computer that Wade had the kindness to make for her. Right next to it, the invisibility bracelet was clinging loosely from her thin wrist. Her cold finger pressed the small button on the bracelet and she immediately disappeared completely, not a trace of her.

Retracing her thoughts, she closed her eyes and brought her plan into her mind. To attract a hero, she had to wreak havoc. And what better, cliché idea than exploding a bank and acting like an absolute maniac? The news would be all over her.

"Wasn't this the reason Hyde was mad at you?" Wade had asked her. "Exposure?"

"Which is why I'll throw away this old suit right away," she quickly replied. "Then, I'll change my entire look. Moreover, I will make it seem as if I died of an accident!"

"And then?"

"Simple." She smirked, acting as a true villain as she pressed her palms on the table which projected the bank she was gonna attack. "I'll just find him and shut him up for once and for all."

"Are you really gonna kill? Wow-"

"No, you moron! I'll just beg for his help!"

She opened the vent quietly and left the cap next to it. Then, she stepped in and started crawling. Getting in was the easy part. Crawl through a vent, all while Wade deactivates the rays from the lair, then she gets inside the huge safe and gets out with explosions. It would be just like a movie where she, the absolutely miscellaneous villain, was going to burst through the door, looking cool with her mask as her hair blew to the wind from the air conditioning, all while the alarms would have gone off and all the security guards would be on her trail.

As it was said, getting in was easy. It wasn't as though she wasn't used to it. Crawling into narrow spaces was something she loved to do even as a child, spending her time getting under tables, chairs and the complicated slides at her local playground. Getting in a metal vent, her feet barely making any sound, as though she was a little kitten, was child's play.

"Yo, it's moi, your amazingly fabulous technician," said Wade from within her earpiece. Oh, these were times when she wished he was with her just so she could punch him.

"Just tell me what you want," she replied with a low mutter. "

"Oh, you know, to have a happy and fulfilling life with the person of my dreams. But since that ain't gonna happen, I'll just tell ya that the rays have been deactivated by yours truly."

"When did you become so full of yourself?"

"Ever since I chugged down three cups of coffee in ten minutes."

Christine pressed a small button on her earpiece, closing it. A very hyper Wade was the last thing she wanted to deal with. Looking around, she recognised all the turns she had to make so she could go to the main vault — but of course, she had memorised them all, so it was a piece of cake.

Reaching a dead end, she saw a grilled frame and loads of money being visible through it. Bingo, she thought as she started unscrewing it gently before placing it to her side. Throwing her legs off the edge, she looked down. Sure enough, there was loads of money in huge stacks. She could definitely survive the fall if she tried to land on a particularly huge stack a little bit further away from her.
