It had been 2 years since Pencil had visited.
It was quiet and warm in South Goiky. The sun's toasty rays made for a lazy day, and the objects were sitting around basking in it.

Match was standing outside, leaning on the wall of the police station. The one police cap Dora and herself shared was put over her eyes to block out the sun.
"....Sccaww," She snored. She was so comfortable just standing there.
TB walked up to her.

"....Scccaww," She snored again.
"Match?" TB whispered. He waved his foot in front of her face. She didn't move.
"Match?" TB whispered again.
"Scccaww," Match snored.

TB looked at the ground. He didn't want to wake her up.
The sun was so crisp and warm on his fuzz. He just had to lay in it.
Just for a little bit. He thought.
3 hours later he got up again.
Match was gone so TB looked for her inside the station. A sign on the desk said 'outback'.

Behind the building Match and Dora were sitting by a fire pit they had created. Tennis Ball approached them.
"Oh wow, great way to keep up the heat," He said walking up to the fire. The rest of them were sitting on stools but TB was fine just sitting on the ground.

"Hi TB," Match said.
"Hey Match. Have you seen Four? Gelatin melted in the sun during my session and I really don't want Lollipop to replace him for the time being," Tennis Ball said.
"You know, as a matter of fact, I haven't seen them," Match said, "Four and X hasn't been seen in like three days."

Snowball staggered across the field behind Match.
"Ooh. *gasp* Hoo, *gasp*" He rasped.
"Alright big guy, just a few more steps come on," Match said turning around to face the lump.
"Ohh, shut up.. I don't.. *gasp* need your help, *gasp* Just passing through," SB said.

"Uh huh," Match dipped her hat so the shiny visor would reflect direct sunlight onto SB. Snowball immediately jumped up and sprinted into the police station. He went through the office and past a blanket door to the back room. Inside sat Ice Cube and Teardrop surrounded by fans and smaller ice cubes. SB sighed and sat in the corner with his arms crossed. Eventually though, he closed his eyes, and relaxed.

"What was that?" Tennis Ball asked.
"Oh I have a cool room open because it's so hot today. It's great for us but it can be harmful to objects that aren't solid. It was actually Leafy's idea," Match said.

"She's still trying to be a police officer?" TB asked.
"Yeah. I was thinking of letting her, but I don't think she really like, understands that point isn't to make yourself look good. No good will come out of her being a police officer if she thinks that way," Match said, staring into the violent flames.
"What about being a detective rather than a helper?" Tennis Ball gestured with his foot, "Human police are more about solving crime than anything. What if she helped solve mysteries instead of directly helping people?"

"I guess that would like, work, but objects don't really have too many mysteries. She'd be out of work for weeks," Match looked up to TB.
"Dadadadadada," Dora spoke up.
"I don't think that really needs to be solved unless they're gone for a lot longer. Four is like, a mystery himself, but I don't think they're even worth solving, let alone knowing where he is right now,"

Four slammed into a corner of a wrestling ring. His left eye oddly swollen and his body covered in bruises. A disembodied metal claw hand picked them up again and slammed them back down onto the ground, Four weakly got back up. The hand, belonging to the chaos beast Sharp Sleuth, A large robotic snake with floating hands, snapped his fingers.

Sharp Sleuth disappeared and shards of glass began to rain like spears. Four spawned a shield and held it above himself. He looked at the clock. Soon the tables would turn and he would have the chance to take advantage. The glass rain began to slide sideways, and then suddenly back. It was unexpected, and Four got hit by a few in the back.
