Chapter 6||Celebrate

Things had been really good for the next few months. Me and Kokoro were increasingly hanging out more and I had been staying at Setsuka's every night. Due to this, me and her had become such good friends she could even give Hajime a run for his money. He was still struggling with his identity, poor guy, but we'd maintained our almost perfect friendship. We stopped talking to Mikado, much to his distaste, and the two of us had been hanging out a lot with Teruya and Kokoro. We were practically a big friendship group by this point. We were trying to set Teruya up with Nikkei after Rei broke his heart, things had been really successful!  The best part was that every thursday me and Kokoro would go and have slushies on the roof!

So, that takes us to two weeks ago. Me and Kokoro were in line at the cafeteria when suddenly we heard a scream of joy. We turned around and saw it came from Nikkei. He then proceeded to kiss Teruya. The two were overjoyed. Suddenly Teruya hopped onto a table, Nikkei's hand in his.

"Everyone! Party at mine, tonight!!!"

He yelled, doing finger guns at everyone. The whole room was full of cheers. Being the popular boy must have it's quirks. Him and Nikkei then made out. How pure!!! Kokoro turned to me, her face blunt as usual.

"If you're going, I'm going."

She sighed. 

"Of course I'm going! It's gonna be the party of the year!!! Come on, lets skip class and pick our outfits!" 

I grabbed her hand and paced out of the building. Teruya, Nikkei and Hajime joined us.

We all dressed in glow-in-the-dark jeans, with color coded shirts. I wore red, Hajime blue, Teruya green, Nikkei yellow and Kokoro purple. We bought so many glow sticks as well. It was wild!

Me and Kokoro returned to Setsuka's. We accidently walked in on her and Hibiki making out. It was so funny to watch Hibiki get flustered. Setsuka turned the blush onto us, however.

"So, you two a thing now? Ho ho..."

We were both blushing messes. Though, admittedly Kokoro blushed more. Having seen revenge Hibiki left. 

"So, Setsuka, you coming to the party?"

I quizzed.

"Hell yeah! Can I ride with you kids?"

"Sure"

Kokoro responded. She was the driver so it was her place to respond. 

And so it was 8pm. We stood outside Teruya's mansion. We were so excited, hearing the jovial laughter and joyous chants. Little did we know, going to such a party would be the worst mistake of my life.
