Jerome valeska x reader cuddling headcanons

1. Jerome used to not like being touched. Like, at all. As touch starved as he was, he didn't know how to react to it and it never failed to make him uncomfortable.

2. But over time, he's grown to adore physical contact with you and only you. He still gets uncomfortable if others touch him, but your the one exception. So congrats! Now days, he's almost always wanting to at least be holding your hand.

3. And when he gets sleepy, you best be ready for the snuggle bus. His limbs become long and droopy, he ends up wanting to sit on your lap and hold you like he's a koala. Sometimes he'll coil his arms around you a few times too, it makes him feel safe and secure if he's had a particularly bad day.

4. He basically becomes a combination of a big floppy ragdoll and a really needy cat that needs A LOT of attention.

5. Just like a cat, he'll even do that little forehead nudge when he wants kisses, but too drowsy to ask for them verbally.

6. He has the cutest little sleepy face when he's drifting between awake and asleep. He'll yawn really big, groggily tell you multiple times how much he loves you before giving you super slow and gentle kisses all over your neck.

7. Jerome absolutely melts if you carefully cup his face with one hand and softly rub over top of those black tear marks with your thumb. The sweet smile that always follows warms your heart to the core. If you tell him how much you love him during this, be ready for him to happy cry.

8.Now, there's been a few times where you've woken up in the middle of the night to find him asleep on top of you after a good cuddle session, all cozied into your frame with the cutest little bitty snore. And you can't wake him, it's just part of the unspoken cosmic rules. Thankfully, he's not very heavy. (And even if he was, you and I both know you don't wake the sleepy baby.)
