Chapter 2

I don't know where I'm going, I just have to get as far away from those freaks as I can. I'm out of breath and can't run anymore. I know as soon as that guy finds out that I got away he'll probably come after me. Running is not going to be an option for me, I get out of breath way too fast so I decide to hide. 

Looking around I realize there is no where to hide. 

Suddenly, I feel a pair of hands on my shoulders. I'm being pulled into an alley again.

Before I knew it my back was against the wall of the alley. I'm  too shocked to make a sound. I'm sure that I am going to get killed now. He has caught me. And is going to kill me. 

But when I look into the face of the guy who has me against the wall, I see he's neither one of the guys I had seen earlier. He's blond, blue eyes and not as freaky looking. Don't get me wrong, he defiantly looked like he was trouble, but not as bad as the Lou kid that I had seen earlier. 

"Whats wrong babe?" he questions me. "Who ya running from."

"Get off me," is all I say as I try to get away.

"Oh come on, I won't hurt you." He says with a wink.

A group of boys is now in a semicircle around us now. great, guess I'm not getting out of this one.

I don't say anything.

He presses his body against mine, making me squirm. 

"Ni, lay off her." A girl, no older than me pushes through the boys around us.

"Oh come on, I was only having a little fun." The boy backs a few feet away from me. 

"Get lost. All of you!" She yells at all the boys around us. They all do as they're told and no one is left but her and I."Are you okay?" She asks.

"Yeah," I reply 

"Sorry about Niall, he's not so bad when you know him."

"Yeah." is all I can say.

"You might wanna stay away from this area, you might run into the wrong people."

I shiver, remembering the events that happened not more than a half hour ago. "Yeah I know."

"You've ran into them?"

I nod.

"Did you get any names?" she starts walking to the back of the alley motioning for me to follow. 

I follow her and we walk farther into the alley. "Uhhh yeah, Lou? but I didn't get the other ones name, I wasn't exactly planning on staying around for long."

She laughs a little. "He's an ass. Stay away from him." she warns. 

"He didn't seem to be, he let me go..."

She looks at me like I'm from mars. "What!?"

"He let me go." I repeated myself. 

"Well then your lucky. He doesn't 'let people go'." she says, putting quotes on the 'let people go'. 

 "Well there's a first time for everything."

She nods. "What's your name?"

"Chloe," I answer before I realize I probably shouldn't have told her the truth. 

"I'm Kira. You should hang around here with us, it'd be nice to have another girl around."

"Uhhhh..... I can't. I'm really busy with... stuff."

She smirks. "Sureeeee, you're just scared," she says with a wink that kinda freaked me out. 

"I'm not."

She looks me up and down. "Well, if you change your mind or run into trouble, you know where we are."
