I'll be listing which Pokémon I feel the character would definitely use and also what type/theme they specialise in, to leave some stuff up to your imagination ;) merry Christmas again lol
Inamori Asuto: Pikachu, Yamper and Wingull. Uses mainly Electric types.
Haizaki Ryouhei: Sharpedo, Torrocat, Teddyursa, Pangoro and Morgrem. Uses Dark types and bear Pokemon lol
Nosaka Yuuma: Espeon, maybe Metang, Hattrem. Uses psychic types and Pokémon deemed to be "highly intelligent".
Ichihoshi Mitsuru: Umbreon (shiny). Uses mainly Dark or Ice types. (Yes he's alive in my AU fucking fight me)
Ichihoshi Hikaru: Meowstic (male). Uses primarily psychic and fairy types.
Endou Mamoru: Chestnaught, Sandslash, Rillaboom. Uses any Pokémon with shields/shells/high defence.
Kidou Yuuto: Decidueye, Gallade. Uses mainly Psychic or Dark types.
Gouenji Shuuya: CINDERACE, Blaziken. Uses FIRE TYPES and Pokemon that KICK.
Kazemaru Ichirouta: Pigeot, Inteleon. Uses fast Pokemon or flying types.
Fudou Akio: Houndoom. Uses Dark and fighting types.
Mizukamiya Seiryuu: Altaria, Lapras. Uses Dragon and Water types.
Nishikage Seiya: Pyroar, Aeigislash. Anything seen as noble or loyal, or if it has a shield of some sort.
Kiyama Tatsuya: Minior, maybe Cosmog if I feel generous. Uses any Pokémon associated with space (not that there are many) or psychic types.
Kira Hiroto: Salandit. Uses Dark types or "edgy" Pokémon.
Umihara Norika: Primarina, Milotic. Uses Water types and fish-like Pokémon.
Hiura Kirina: Alolan Vulpix. Uses mainly Ice types, or whatever he thinks looks cool.
Afuro Terumi: Ninetails. Uses any pokemon that looks regal or heavenly.
Kozomaru Sasuke: Blaziken. Uses Fire types and Pokemon that are more animal like.
Mansaku Yuuichirou: Zangoose. Uses mainly Pokémon with long claws, or Ground types.
Sakanoue Noboru: Zigzagoon/Linoone. Uses normal types and unevolved Pokemon.
Fubuki Shirou: Snorunt, Vanillux, Alolan Sandshrew. Uses ice types duhh
Fubuki Atsuya: Sneasel/Weavile. Uses Ice and Dark types,.or whatever has good attack.
Golem: Snorlax. Uses Pokemon with high defence or larger sizes.

Mikado Anna: Floette, Loppuny. Uses Grass and Fairy types, and generally "dainty" Pokemon.
Ootani Tsukushi: Furret. Uses whatever she finds cute, with a lot of normal types.
Li hao: Braixen. Doesn't follow a specific theme, but rather chooses Pokémon that are agile enough to do acrobatics lmao
Zhou Xing: Skrelp, Alolan Meowth/Persian. Just uses whatever he wants lol, has a suspicious amount of purple Pokemon tho..
Luci Fanos: Pawniard, Skarmory. Uses Steel types and Pokemon with blades.
Satan Gaul: Gengar, Houndoom, Morpeko. Uses Dark and Poison types, or anything seen as "hellish"
Baek Shi-Woo: Tauros lmao. Uses a lot of fire types or Pokemon with high physical attack.
Froy Girikanan: Luxray, Pachirisu, Glaceon. Uses mainly Electric or Ice types.
Yurika Beor: Frillish (male). Uses Ghost and Dark types.
Bernard Girikanan: Alolan Ninetails. Anything regal looking and/or an Ice type.
Yuri Rodina: Aurorus, Sawsbuck (winter). Mainly elegant looking Pokémon.
Malik Kuabel: Eevee, Fletchinder. Mainly small or unevolved Pokémon.
Lus Kasim: Mimikyu, Zoroark, maybe a Ditto. Mainly uses Ghost types or Pokémon that impersonate others.
SELF INDULGENT BONUS:
Miyazaki Kiyo: Delcatty, Liepard, Swellow. Uses almost exclusively cat Pokémon (the only exception being Swellow because colours)
