Her hands could freeze, And if she used it too much. Her entire body could freeze, Without a Fire element Wizard/Witch near there is no hope.
But her powers overcome Fire, when melted because it's water then, And It overcomes Water too. She can walk on any sort of CALM open lake/river/pond/ocean and turn it all into Ice. Unless it's very strong and the currents aren't good.
