You were going to meet up with The Entity today, you were hoping to get more information out of it. You sung a small tune under your breath not caring if it sounded good or not.

You came across a more...human looking version of The Entity, it was taller then you, taller then most of the killers, four black limps sprouted out of it's back. It was lying on it's stomach reading a book or journal of some sorts. It had yellow eyes with pure black slit pupils, the yellow seemed to cloud with red once in a while. Two horns grew out of its head and protruded down and pointed to the corners of its mouth.

"Y/N! I didn't expect you to show up." It said loudly then it must have suspected it had said something out loud, as it covered its mouth.

"Just visiting."

"To do what?" It's dark voice was back, it picked the book up and sat down on it's haunches.

"Just chat."

"Does "just chat" involve asking more questions?"

"Maybe."

The creature sighed then patted the floor next to it. You sat down next to it and looked over the book, now that you were closer, it looked more like a journal.

"What are you reading? I never expected something like you to read."

"For the record, I loved reading." It looked up from the book to you, something flickered in it's eyes, remorse? Did it recognize you somehow? It shook it's head then turned back to the book.

"Its hard to understand, speaking human English is easy, reading is a different story, I want to give up."

"I could read it!" You grabbed the book from it.

"Could you? I have to start another trial soon."

"And I have to go to the meeting." You stood up, closing the book.

"Do not lose that book; I need to know everything in it."

"I'll try not to."

The creature nodded to you, you waved to it then started to walk to Ormond. On the way there you looked at the cover of the book. It was leather and quite old, the front of it had a dark brown "V" on it. You opened to the first page and started to read.

The author was someone named Vigo, he seemed to be before the 2000's, the grammer and way of writing made that clear.

While reading someone grabbed your shoulder and stopped you from walking. You looked up to see if you had taken another step, you would have ran into a wall.

"Watch your step." Frank laughed. He removed his hand from your shoulder and shoved it into his pocket along with his other hand.

"What do you have this time?" He asked, gesturing to the journal.

"A journal written by someone named Vigo."

Frank was obviously nervous about something, but you decided not to push about it and just followed him to Autohaven.

"What the hell do you have this time?" Deathslinger snapped at you, pointing to the journal.

"A journal..." You said in a confused tone.

"Who wrote it?" Evan asked, he reached towards the book, but you held it close to your chest.

"The Entity gave it to me, it was written by someone named Vigo."

"Vigo?" Hillbilly looked up to you, his faded eyes was staring at the book.

"You know him?"

"He was one of the original survivors, only me Evan, Hillbilly and Sally have gone against him." Wraith took a step towards you. "Is that really his journal?"

"Pretty sure it is, his name was signed." You opened the book and looked through the pages again. "He wrote a lot about The Entity and the realms."

"Makes sense, sounds like what he was writing about." Wraith laughed to himself.

"He went missing a while ago, tragic really." Sally touched her face under her mask in a state of shock.

"Does anyone know what happened to him?"

The killers shrugged.

"I haven't seen him in ages, he was gone by the time Laurie and Michael joined us."

Michael tilted his head and shrugged.

"Well apparently The Entity can't read english, it could barley understand this book."

"So it can speak English, but not read it?"

"It can aslo speak French." Frank said.

"And my old language." Plague spoke up.

"Maybe writing is hard for it." Hag said.

"Reminds me of someone." Freddy snapped in Pyramid Head's direction. He made a rattle sound in retaliation.

"What do you mean?" You asked them.

Pyramid Head pulled out a white board and wrote: "He has been teaching me to writ."

"There's an 'e' at the end of write." Freddy sighed, Pyramid Head quickly fixed it.

"Oh so he can be nice." You said sarcastically.

"Depends on the day." Wraith laughed.

Frank was resting his chin on your shoulder, reading the journal with you.

"Seems like he lost his journal right before he lost hope." Frank pointed to the last entry.

"What happens when you lose hope?" You asked.

"You get thrown into a place called The Void."

"No one we know of has escaped that realm." Evan said.

"Just...just one question." Spirit spoke up. "Why did you not tell us this before!?"

"Because it wasn't important." Wraith interrupted Evan before he could say something. "They were old survivors and nothing more."

Something about the way Wraith cut Evan off was suspicious, but it wasn't any of your business on what their relationships were.

The meeting was over before you knew it, so you and Frank were heading back to Ormond.

"Y/N?"

"Yes?"

"Can I talk to you about something?"

"Sure what is it?" You started flipping through the journal.

"I-" he hesitated for a second.

"I care about you."

You laughed.

"I know." You told him, flipping another page.

He placed his hand on the journal and lowered it from your field of view. You stared up at him curiously.

"I meant as someone more."

"What are you saying?"

"I love you."
