"I love you, Cadence." Ashton said. Ashton had his arms wrapped around her torso and she was playing with his hair.
"I love you." She twisted his hair around on her finger.
"Do you mind if I get some fresh air? Sorry, baby I'm not feeling too well."
She asked flipping around to face him.
He sighed, "Why?"
She sat up quickly and faced Ashton. "You know why!" She cried.
"I can't do anything about my addiction!"
"What the hell, Cadence! Just give it up!" He yelled at her.
"I can't," She whispered while a tear rolled down her cheek. "Don't you understand, it's hard. It's so goddamn hard to give it up. And Ashton, baby, I'm trying so hard."
She collapsed on Ashton's chest and starting sobbing uncontrollably. Shock ran through his eyes and he ran his thumb over her back.
"I love you, even if you can't let it go." He kissed her forehead repeatedly.
