I watched as klaus and Elijah abruptly left, leaving me and Hayley alone. Shortly after Hayley left as well, deciding to stay and pay my respects. I sat nursing my beverage for what felt like hours before I noticed a blonde walk out from the back. I made my way over to realise she wasn't alone, holding in my anger towards him for Cami and father Kieran's sake.
"Hey, how are you holding up?"
Her dry cheeks turned wet once again before she sat herself down on one of the stools, next to Marcel, walking behind the bar I pulled two glasses out pouring us some bourbon and handing one to cami, just as I was about to take a sip of mine Cami gave me a side ways glance to Marcel. Huffing I slid the glass over to Marcel, and poured myself another.
"Cheers"
Pursing my lips, looking directly at him and taking a sip, letting the liquid slide down my throat smoothly.
"Just so we're clear this isn't a peace offering, and if Klaus asks I didn't see you"
Holding his hands up in some surrender way before we both glanced at Cami, who seemed to be in her own world.
"This Francesca person cornered me earlier, asking for some key"
Reaching for the bottle I poured us all another round.
"What did you tell her?"
I watched on as Marcel downed his drink once again, and to Cami who looked like all the gears in her head were about to take off.
"Doesn't matter I don't have it. Which you know! Or you would have asked what key."
Looking from Cami and Marcel, and downing my own drink it was getting far to awkward again. I watched as Marcel pulled his shirt up slightly to show us a key hanging from around his neck.

Pulling my hand up to have a closer look, it got smacked away, looking sharply at Marcel he held his hands over his head for a short while before I left to go and get another bottle.
When coming back over Cami was standing up over Marcel, witch was quite amusing really. If I hadn't have noticed the tears threatening to fall from her eyes I would have laughed.
"You need to leave. Like now."
Just as Marcel went to take a step towards the blonde I sped in front of her before slightly pushing him back.
"You heard her Marcel"
Shaking his head he gave Cami one last glance before he walked away. I didn't need to turn around to no that Cami was crying I could hear her small whimpers, putting the bottle on the table I pulled her in to a small hug.

After A little time trying to comfort Cami I made my way back to the compound, using my hearing I knew there were people here, following the voices I walked up the stairs but stopped out side the door putting my ear to the door.
"I made a call to a rather reluctant Bennett witch in mystic falls who said the same thing."
On hearing Klaus mention one of my old friends from back home I made my presence known.
"You called Bonnie?"
Walking a little further in the room I stood by Elijah, trying my hardest to ignore the other presence in the room.
"The dead are being torn away into nothingness. And, they're not interested in going quietly"

Klaus pulled me to another room clearly sensing my confusion, not letting go of my hand, his thumb rubbing soothing circles on mine.
"Okay klaus. What is this?"
He didn't say anything placing a gentle kiss on top of my head, pulling back slowly.
"Ava, Ava is with Bonnie"
This had to be some sick joke, it wasn't the slightest bit funny.
"Is this some sort of sick joke klaus, because it's not funny"
Tears were streaming down my face, Pacing up and down the room, Lights started to flicker, the floor started to shake and rain started to pour down.

This couldn't be happening. Hands pulled me in to a tight hold, I couldn't focus on who was holding me all I could focus on was Ava, she's alive, but I watched her die this shouldn't be possible. A calm voice slowly pulled me back, when I had calmed down enough my eyes locked with Klaus.
"The other side is disintegrating"
I went to go to the door but klaus must have read my mind.
"Love, by the time you get there she would be gone again"
A thousand knife seemed to stab my heart all at once,The thought of loosing my little sister all over again. It felt like the weight of the world was on my shoulders, I couldn't take it anymore. Falling to the floor in a heap screaming sending the lights to crack and the floor to shake. Arms were wrapped around me, before the dark consumed me.
