I pulled my phone out and dialled Klaus's number.
"Hey, just thought I would let you know we are at the old plantation."
Hayley was showing a guy through to the back carrying a big keg, I was watching closely on stand by ready. But all was fine when she started showing him to the door.
"Hey love, it's probably best if you stay there for a while, and keep an eye on Hayley for me. Things have took a turn for the worse down here."
Hayley came back in nodding her head to the phone, I mouthed over Klaus, and she walked into the kitchen.
"Are you sure you don't want me to come back, I could..."
I was cut of before I could finish.
"No, your the only person I can trust to make sure no harm comes to Hayley, or my baby."
I didn't really no what to say to him. I hated having this sort of responsibility, if anything happened he would hate me forever.
"Don't worry love I know you are more then capable, but I'm sending Rebekah over as well"
After we said our quick goodbyes I walked in the kitchen and explained what was going on to Hayley.
Rebekah had arrived around an hour ago and she was setting the kitchen up while I helped Hayley, hang a load of clothes up on the washing line outside. In the corner of the yard there was a wolf hiding behind the bushes, I nudged Hayley over to where the wolf was standing.
"Hello again, I'm looking forward to seeing you soon"
I smiled slightly over to the wolf and pulled Hayley back inside where Rebekah was waiting.
The moon was at his highest now, I peeked out the back to see the wolf's had turned and were taking the clothes off the line. I ushered Hayley over to where I was peeking, she had a small smile on her face, before making her way to the door.
They all came in dressed, all but one blonde guy who walked in shirtless. Seriously is he for real, I could all ready tell he was an arse hole. He made is way over to Rebekah.
"Oh . I beg your pardon. I was expecting some one... furrier."
I laughed out loud causing the blonde guy to growl at me, I left them to whatever it was they were doing and walked through the crowd of people, greeting them now and them.
I walk over to Hayley in the back yard where all the candles are lit and the music is playing, handing her a cup of water. I watch as the blonde guy drags Rebekah to the middle where they start dancing. Before following Hayley back into the house to help tidy around a little bit.
A tall dark haired guy walks in with his hands in his pockets, smiling towards us and nodding over at me, I turn to Hayley and give her a reassuring nod before pointing to my ears to indicate that I would be listening, if she needed me.
Before walking out I heard him speak softly to Hayley,
"That's a good friend you have there"
"Yeah, she is"
I smiled to my self before I left them to it.
I hadn't left Hayley for long, when the doors had slammed shut, and the wind picked up around us. I sped over to Hayley dragging her to the Exit. A fire starts to spread through the house.
The dark haired man was hitting at the window with some hard objective, but it wasn't doing anything. The flames were getting bigger by the second. I give Hayley a wet flannel telling her to breath in to it. Before I push the man out the way using my strength I smash the window open to see Elijah standing on the other side.
I usher Hayley over to the window before helping her out the window, and towards Elijah . I turn around and grab the man as well, knowing full well that Hayley would hate me if I left him to die in here. We made it out just before crashing sounds were heard from the ceiling falling in.
"Where's Rebekah?"
No one answered my question, because we didn't know where she was.
Elijah left mentioning something about Celeste, and leaving me to take a very sleepy Hayley back to the compound.
