Jimin's knees collapsed.

"It was the same picture."

He trembled.

"I know him. I know Kim Taehyung."

Because I am the one who took away his life.

He then felt someone tap his shoulder and he slowly looked up to see him.

"Jin," Jimin whispered.

"Are you okay?"

"Taehyung," Jimin started, "That oppa of hers is dead."

"I know," Jin nodded.

"What will I do?" Jimin was helpless, "D-Dahyun might not be able to take it."

"You should talk to her Jimin."

"But Dahyun – "

"Dahyun knows, Jimin," Jin retorted, "She's aware of it."

Jimin did not know what to do.

He did not take the train, but instead walked towards the next stop in order to buy the time that he needed to ease the confusion and pain he was going through. He hoped that the long walk would help him gather his thoughts.

But then, his mind was still a mess as he arrived at the next stop and saw Dahyun waiting.

She's aware of it.

Jimin had many questions going through his mind but then he walked towards her and sat beside her.

"Just one more ride, Jimin oppa," Dahyun beamed.

Jimin did not answer for a while.

Then, Dahyun got up and walked as she happily invited, "Come on!"

Jimin stood up but merely stared at her.

"What are you waiting for? This is our long-awaited moment!"

When Jimin was still silent, Dahyun stared back at him.

"That... that oppa of yours, is he still living?"

Her smile slowly faded upon hearing Jimin's words. She then looked at the ground and blinked a few times and her trembling gaze was almost a confirmation for Jimin.

"He's dead, am I right?" Jimin exclaimed, "Was that why you were asking about ghosts?"

Dahyun forced a smile, as she muttered, "No. His plane just crashed – "

"He's dead, Dahyun. I was the one who took away his life."

Silence resonated between the two before Jimin's shaky voice broke it.

"Why?" Jimin's voice croaked, "If you knew he's dead, then why do we need to go through all of this? Why do you have to make things difficult for me?"

"Because I... I need to fulfill a promise," Dahyun's eyes started watering, "I need to sing to him. I need to at least try, to know if he's still alive."

"He's dead!" Jimin screamed.

"But you see, that promise is really important," Dahyun's tears fell,  "I have to say my feelings to him before I die."

"Do you love him that much that you're willing to suffer?" Jimin asked full of softness in his voice.

It took a while before Dahyun could answer with a broken voice and a broken heart, "Yes."

She was planning to die from that start. Because she would want to be with Taehyung.

Jimin then realized, that he was crying too.

With that, he started to walk away and Dahyun did not have the courage to run after him. She stood still and watched him leave as her own tears continued streaming down her cheeks.

Angels can also suffer from broken hearts.
